The location.

The courtyard is nice. I reserved 2 nights and the property called me to say that they were overbooked and that it was an error that Booking allowed me to reserve 2 nights. They canceled one of the two nights and I had to find a hotel last minute. While I was at the hotel I witness the front desk person overbooked a party of 4 for extra nights. So at that point I knew someone else was going to get the same call I received. Don't book this hotel unless you have a back up plan for your stay.

Bathroom could improved renew and have small cabinet

Location The building is old but they have everything,, a good breakfast, refrigerator in the room, AC, working TV. A pool too

The breakfas was good and the restaurant staff was great. Salvadoran Traditinal breakfast with eggs, refri beans, plantain and bread. Coffee was good and a basic meal to start your day. El Salvador is hot and humid in June. I would have hopped that the pool was in a state that was usable. on the contrary it was dirty and looked like it needed chimicals and a good cleaning to get the water prepared for usage. There was construcion going next to the hotel so it was a bit noisy after 8AM.

It’s very convenient to move around San Salvador , but away from noisy streets. I was expecting a better breakfast , the coffee was good but I did get any refills

A very pleasant hotel with a lovely garden and a big pool. The location is in a nice part of the city, near the Hilton which is a location for tour pick ups—but it is very far from the old town where most of the tourist sites are. 15 min walk to big, modern supermarket. Fridge in the room. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Far from city center.

Good breakfast, very clean hotel. Modern look, friendly staff. I guess you can call it a pool if you are generous, but it's more like a large jacuzzi. At least the water was cleanish.

Don Mario, Gloria, Henry, Vincente and many more. If you need to find a good place to eat Gloria is the person to talk to. Bathroom is very small.⁴

The rooms have no microwave

the breakfast was great delicious friendly staff and very helpful all the time love it will recommend it to family and friends very accessible to everything it was a wonderful experience very comfortable room and quite great night sleep and great price

Breakfast was very good but a second choice of meal would be a good idea for the continental breakfast. A lot of noise in the halls and doors slamming were the only thing I would suggest to improve.

Very comfortable; all plumbing is in good repair. I was able to swim in the pool early in the morning. A very good breakfast (included) and an inexpensive restaurant with an excellent kitchen, if you want to have dinner there. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Well worth the money. Lights in the courtyard are on all night. Curtains help somewhat, but you can't make the room completely dark.
