Very convenient and very central to the historic center of San Salvador None

The location was lovely, and a few steps away from one of the most beautiful Starbucks I've ever been to, right at the city center. The room was clean and easy to get to and the bathroom was spotless. Friendly staff, pretty straightforward check-in and check-out process. We were only there for a couple of nights so it was perfect for our needs. A little bit of background noise at night around 9pm during the first night. I don't love taking the stairs but thankfully we only had to go up a couple of flights, I wouldn't recommend this place to someone that has any walking impairment.

Very spacious, clean hotel in excellent location. Very helpful staff. Very close to attractions, restaurants and bars. It is not hotel problem, but there are problems with water supply in El Salvador, so you have to expect it.

The location is amazing. It is downtown in the Centro Historico. The entrance to the hotel is around the corner. It had the most comfortable bed and pillows. Absolute stellar comfort. The shower looked a little dirty, but it may have just been the grout.

It needs better signage on the street level. There is nothing on or around the street entrance to indicate that it is the hotel entrance. There is only a sign up high on the side of the hotel that looks away from the direction you’re coming from. If you haven’t been there before, it impossible to find without knocking doors or asking around.

Convenient location, close to the markets and most downtown landmarks. There was no sign at the door (unfortunately I don’t know Spanish so maybe I missed it). I spent almost 30 minutes going up and down the street in front of the hotel just to find the entrance. I knew I had the right building based on the picture. It would be helpful to have a picture of the front door as well.

The location could not be better. I could see the Cathedral from my tiny balcony. Unbelievably comfortable bed. Nice to head up to the rooftop at sunset. It’s a crowded noisy street, but wasn’t too terrible.

The staff was great and great location The shower was unpleasant stained and water in the shower takes a while to drain.

Great Location for San Salvador! Comfortable bed. I think a better location for parking is the garage next door. But it was great that they had parking arranged.
