Only location When I made the reservation was $19.00+ tax. When I checked in they charged me $30.00 Is very bad place . I couldn't sleep the whole night. The Receptionist was on the lobby talking loud . I left the hotel at 2:30am because I couldn't take it anymore is not comfortable is very ghetto place no respect for the guests

Staff pleasant, parking access bad Parking bad, very, very small bathroom, no air condition, too close to the nain road.

Great location, reachable from airport or inner-city bus terminals via short taxi ride, walking distance to the National Library and National Palace. Walking distance to the Medical district. Fairly easy to travel to the rest of the country from here. I came from Guatemala on a bus and the location was pretty close to the drop-off, and then the shopping mall was a short taxi ride away to get food, a local phone/SIM, and some goods. As I arrived at the facility and started checking in, a woman with a party of 3 others was also trying to check in, and one of the managers was trying to get me to give up my reservation (for some reason they gave me a two-bed even though I booked a single) and go across town to their other location because they only had one other double available. So if I had shown up literally one minute later, they would have given this woman the available double plus my double, and then tried to cart me half-way across town when I had literally just arrived by taxi after taking a bus. The room smelled strongly of fresh paint when I entered; I had to set the fan to the highest, open the windows fully, and then leave the room for several hours in order to air it out and avoid a huge headache. The location did not provide hand soap for the bathroom. They just give you one tiny bar of courtesy soap for the shower. The shower is also just a head that washes directly onto the bathroom tile floor, there is not a proper shower stall, and the floor did not look clean, I stepped around it and did not shower at this facility. Finally, the sheet on one of my beds looked as if it had not been washed.

Noise. Rooms are not well insulated so all traffic and doorbell can be heard easily
-
Not good for light sleeper and very little air circulation in room
-
Safe all the times for security I founded a bit too noisy for the parking is inside just next to guests rooms
-
Very good

Very close to King Quality bus to Guatemala, cafeteria available on the premises They didn't honor the reservation price but charged their standard rate. Booking.com quotes meal prices but when I asked about food the man just shook his head no, though later I saw a sign for cafeteria with an arrow which I followed and had several good basic meals there

The reception staff were pleasant Lots of construction and right on the main road. Nothing nearby at all. Wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms are basic and surprisingly clean I must say. Towel and soap provided. Staff does not speak English at all (!), even using the translator was tricky, because they had no idea what I wanted when I asked for luggage storage. They did in the end, but obviously not used to that. Location is good, everything walking distance. There is no kitchen, but a small restaurant attached. I booked a singel for 18 usd. I gave them 20, no return. I asked for my chance, but he signaled to me that 20 usd was correct. Its maybe only 2 dollars, but still not fair to do so.

Great location Nice room (with fan) Rude staff, very little communication (even in Spanish) Woke me up at 7am by walking into the room and turning the light on, without apologies Cold water only in the bathroom Very noisy (street noises + the staff and their friends would yell in the hallways every day starting at 7am)

The fact that the roof didn’t leak when it rained and that they did open the door at night . The room was depleted . The wall covered in smeared roach and streaks of unknown liquids ran down the wall like the tears I had from sitting in the room . Tv was as big as an iPad . Stale smelly odor from the lack of ventilation. Deplorable place with a happy host . They did call me an animal for no reason at 8 am while I was sleeping to which I replied in my strongest Spanish intellect . Tu madre .

Staff is very friendly, room is reasonably clean, we got a corner room so WI-FI is spotty, on and off periodically. Overall we like it. We parked our car inside the gated court, very safe, thank you. No hot water shower, but very typical in Central America. Weather is hot so cold shower is alright.

Great Location, Room was extremely dated but it was very clean, , AC was ice cold and has a good check out time. When I arrived the person behind the desk had no record of my booking anywhere, It took 30 minutes of back and forth and in the end I was just charged the room rate off the wall I never got to use the booking.com rate in the end. It also advertises that they accept credit cards and they dont its cash only which was another problem. Finally on the last day someone was chapping the door and asking me to pay when I had paid on arrival . Hotel was value for money and was clean but I would not be back unfortunately

The hotel is quite simple, but okay for a short stay of one or two nights. Location not too bad. Don't expect any luxury... Not so clean, small room, bathroom also very simple with cold shower above the toilet...

Only 3 bathrooms for the whole property
-
Good location, good price

I got confirmation from booking dot com.when i arrived at hotel, they did not confirm and could not stay. Iwas forced to look for another hotel in midnight. Worst experience.

It's an ok room for the price. Have stayed at worst places paying 10 times more. Room is small but enough for sleep only. They usually have coffee for free at the lobby and some drinks for sell. They serve meals at a place next door for an additional small price. Cold shower and a bit dated, but again for the price paid...be prepared for some traffic noise and I think they have some permanent stays as well.
