The location was easy to find. Place was very clean and staff was helpful and polite. The main sighta in San Salvador are between 8 to 15 min away, depending on traffic. There are restaurants and malls nearby. You can walk or take an uber. The place was quiet, so I recommend it to both business travelers and leisure travelers for a good rest. I was given complementary water (2 bottles), which was nice. If you don't want to go out, there are delivery apps so you can order food.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived later in the day, and the staff member answered some of my logistic questions. He even waited until I returned later in the evening to follow up on one of my questions. I received a free upgrade to my room, and the property is very beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is also great. It's easy to walk to Zona Rosa and the center as well. I would recommend staying here!

Room 4 is always a charm. I love it. I'd definitely would be coming back every time I need it. This is my second time staying here, however this one time, I was not given the correct keys for the main door and could not get in at night. I came back to the hostal at 2AM but could not get in so I had to find another place to stay. The staff did offer compensatory hours to leave late after requesting some compensation but ended up not taking since I could not stay longer due to my afternoon appointments. So my advice to all travelers, please test both keys, main entrance key and room key before going anywhere. Other than that the mini apartment room is always nice (room 4) :)

The room was clean, it had all the essentials, a mini fridge, a couple of water bottles and a couple of towels. It has a tv and air conditioner. The location is excellent. The lady who answered the door was very attentive. She showed us the room, later on i looked for someone because i had a question and the reception was empty and i never again saw anyone. I had to leave the key on the front desk when i checked out. This is the third time i stay here and the service before was fantastic, now the attention has become very poor. The room is nice, however the light from the corridor sips in all night so the room was never completely dark. The bathroom has no furniture to place toiletries, towels, nothing.

The bathroom was flooded. Left immediately. Got no money back or even so much as an apology.

Good location is in the center of the city unfortunately not good management and it was very expensive for the location. Gardenias Hotel is lest expensive unfortunately they did not have any rooms available. Unfortunately the staff What's not professional They only clean the rooms every 3 days and you have to leave your doors open. Didn't provide toilet paper, I had to purchase. The towels you have to fight for itTo get some. I have different conversations with 2 different guests and they told me the same. I was so uncomfortable with the bed that I had to leave. I left on the 18th and change my flight. I was supposed to leave today the 24.I will not gonna recommend this location.
