Clean and more or less quiet. The outside restaurant area was gorgeous and felt really nice to sit there. Staff was super friendly specially the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant. I wanted to do a late checkout on Sunday was willing to pay for it and was told previously that they couldn’t offer that because the hotel was full for Sunday evening. So I just forgot about it. On Saturday my traveling scenario changed and was going to be able to leave San Salvador on Monday. I went to reception and asked for an extra night which I was able to pay without problems that particular night the hotel was extra quiet. No hotel is forced to offer a late checkout but instead of just saying “we are not allowed” or just “no” they decided to lie. Didn’t leave a good impression on my side. The restaurant had and interesting menu but the food was sort of bland without any real flavor. On Saturday we preferred to not use our included breakfast and go to a restaurant somewhere else.

Location, great breakfast, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, no hand soap, hairs in the shower.

Very nice boutique hotel. Basic room. In a nice upscale part of town …bit difficult to find local food. Most of the restaurants in the area are either fast food or higher end. There was a mall five minutes walk away that had a variety of food.

Everything was perfect…clean, quiet and the breakfast was delicious

The staff was amazing and the property very secure. The location in the city is very convenient, away from the city noises but close enough to La Zona Rosa that you have access to most things. Would’ve loved a bit more sound proof rooms, but overall quiet. Breakfast is not included. They keep the doors and windows open during the day so no AC outside of your room.

Great location close to Sheraton. I enjoyed the meals breakfast and dinner at cafe.

The breakfast was great, lots of choices, a nice juice, fruits, good coffee and choice of a main breakfast. The location was very good for our needs, lots of restaurants not far away. We had the junior suite and found it very comfortable and convenient. The breakfast bar area also has quite a nice decor. Not much to say here.

Property was very clean with wonderful staff. Restaurant was great! Shower has super hot water. Bed was comfortable. AC worked very well. There were a few minor things like the sink faucet being super loose and the hairdryer having wires exposed at the plug which caused it to pop when plugged in.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It has a cozy entrance, and very clean. The room was exactly as shown in the hotel pictures. I can tell the rooms overall are small, but are well kept and smell nice. I did enjoy the junior suite for the amount of days I stayed. The washroom was a decent size with enough counterspace for my creams and the shower worked well (water pressure and hot/cold water was great). The staff was very nice, and I used their laundry service which was pretty fair in price (did my bit of laundry). My partner stayed in bed during breakfast, so it was brought to his room, which was a nice touch. The cleaning during my stay was also done well. I only had breakfast once at the hotel (spent most of my mornings resting), but I found it a little bit on the salty side. It may not be an issue for some, but I just prefer less salt. I also understand that the windows are there to introduce more light into the room, but since they face the main walkway and the curtains stay closed, it feels like sound is a lot more transmissible. A clothes iron would have been a nice added touch. Next time I come, I'll bring a mini powerbar since the outlets are limited.
