Breakfast was pretty bad, and their refried beans tasted terrible, and I've ate that in many places in El Salvador, so these were clearly terrible The room smelled nice during the day but around midnight cigarette smell came into the room, although everything was closed up and A/C on. The smell was so strong that I had my cloth still in my carry-on opened on the bed, and all of it smelled like cigarette. There is no smoke detectors, otherwise if this came from another room it would have been detected. Staff was kind to switch me rooms the next day, but when I told them about it they just acknowledge and made the change as if they have had this issue already.

Breakfast was small but tasty. The room was in a quiet area at the end of a corridor as I had requested. Staff were always trying to help with any questions I had. Location was very convenient to several tourist sites in Zona Rosa. The woman in charge of breakfast had attitude unfortunately. Although my room was in a quiet zone, the people in adjoining rooms were very inconsiderate and loud, leading to some discomfort on my part.

Very comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast. On a main road, but not too much noise. Located in Sam Benito and adjacent to Zona Rosa. Very walkable. Great comedor right next door for lunch or snacks open during the week. Some other good restaurants nearby as well. Visit the botanical gardens, the artesan market, El Centro and some of the lovely neighborhoods in San Salvador.

Nice place overall with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. The only small suggestion would be to add a little more lighting in the rooms, as they felt slightly dim at times. Aside from that, everything was good and the stay was enjoyable.

Bunch of things went wrong 1. I was served meat in my omelet despite telling them I'm vegetarian. When I returned the plate after accidentally eating some, they returned with a new plate but didn't include the beans and cheese because I had already had some. Such a stingy customer outlook 2. My room was leaking like nobody's business. A part of my room and all my shoes were completely wet when I woke up causing a huge deal of discomfort. 3. It's hardly a boutique hotel. Feels a lot more like a motel so size up your expectations. 4. If you can't climb stairs, this isn't for you either.
