Didn’t have a small refrigerator in unit

The bathrooms. My toilet kept clogging every day. It was unbeareable.

Kindness of the entire staff, amazing breakfast with a lot of options and local food also. Facilities need to be updated. I didn't like the room they gave me was near to the street and near the general air conditiong engine, so you can imagine the noise and the difficult to sleep, that is the most inportant thing in a hotel.

There was a party going on the garden/patio with loud music. The room they gave me was next to the party so couldn't sleep and had to get up at 4am to go to the airport

The garden is beautiful! The staff is the nicest! Breakfast was amazing. Everyone from the parking attendant to the waiters and the front desk made our stay very special. Our room was too near the restaurant so it didn’t feel very private. But other than that, it was great!

Location The bad treatment and not letting me know that they had an event on Wednesday night to midnight, very loud music. I was charged $25 for a bed sheet that had a stain, a bed sheet that I never saw

I booked a room at this hotel for my colleague. When he arrived, he was told the room was no longer available, and they tried to send him to a different hotel. Only after he insisted did they suddenly confirm the room was actually available. He was staying for two nights, but they changed his room after the first night. I will not book this hotel again.

I was told that I would be able to get an additional bed in the room. I received confirmation weeks prior that I will get the additional bed. On the day of my family arriving on July 9th I receive an email message that I will not be able to get the bed.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean room, very good breakfast. Hotel is in a very safe area. The hotel is located in a residential area. It's not very convenient for eating out or shopping. There was a wedding at the pool area on the last night of our stay which was very loud. We had to ask the staff to move us to another room to be away from the wedding, or we could not sleep.
