It had bed bugs in the beds I got bit in my legs and arms

The bells on the train can be heard all night, it is in a convenient sight to get over the boarder at a lower price which can compensate the noise. My main issue is that they took $50 extra out of the account as a deposit which the staff said would be returned within a couple of days. It has been a week and it has not been returned and it is impossible to contact the Hotel, It is starting to feel like a scam

Very clean exceeded my expectations
-
The towels that where left in my room weren't very clean.

The room was but the power did go out in the restroom and the power outlets didn’t work , also the lights near the beds and outlets also didn’t work , we tried calling the lobby with their phones and also didn’t work , just be aware might not have power in your room !

We stayed at this hotel because it is really close to the Tujuana / CBX crossing. We had an early flight the next morning. We wanted to not be rushed and rested. We arrived the lobby was super clean and nice. Although it looks like a motel. It was clean and well taken care of. But allot was wrong. There were no black out curtains. They were short and barely covered the edge of the windows. Letting in allot of light. There was no coffee in the room. The beds were clean but that was not a queen size bed. That was a full bed. But mainly and THE most important. They failed to mention the metro train that is directly behind the motel. It runs until midnight and starts up again at 4am!! The train bell signal rings every 10 minutes!! Right next to the rooms So loud! I had no idea. They didn't disclose it. It was a terrible night sleep. It's not like you stay there for vacation. But you stay there too be rested and close to the airport. Terrible.

The fourth floor rooms and bathroom are remodeled and have a wonderful view of Tijuana. They have an elevator.

The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and check-in took only a couple of minutes. The rooms appeared newly renovated with comfortable beds, reading lights, a barn door, and a large bathroom with a lighted mirror. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues. In room 417, the air conditioner didn’t work because the thermostat wouldn’t control it. In room 413, the deadbolt didn’t latch because the strike plate was installed incorrectly. The curtains were too small, letting in light from the sides and center. Our sheets were dirty, with visible hair and debris. We were too exhausted to request replacements. The biggest problem was the train crossing directly behind the hotel. Bells and train horns sounded frequently from about 5 a.m. until midnight, making restful sleep nearly impossible. We also heard every passing car and pedestrian. I reported the deadbolt and AC issues the next morning, and the staff remained courteous and professional. I still gave the hotel three stars because some problems could have been addressed if we had notified the staff that night. Overall, the renovation shows promise, but better maintenance, cleanliness, soundproofing, and blackout curtains would improve future stays. soon

Checked in with a friend for a 2 queen room, fully paid for up front. One of the beds didn’t have a blanket, just sheets. We contacted reception and they said the blankets will be ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we called again and they said the sheets were in the dryer and would be ready in 30 minutes. At this point it was after midnight and I needed to sleep so we said forget it and I slept in layers. On top of that the bathroom was dirty, hairs in the bathroom and dirty tub. Also there was no microwave in the room, as advertised! So we couldn’t eat our dinner. The manager was at another property so we couldn’t resolve this issue. I feel like we should be partially refunded, terrible experience.

Not enough parking spaces plus there are quite small. Cars almost having to touch each either. Definitely not big enough for a truck or SUV. No cleaning or fresh towels unless requested every morning, yet we were not notified of "their rule". We had a 3-day stay, but room not cleaned/no clean towels. internet service not working and staff did nothing to try to fix it, did not even call their internet provider. No hair conditioner, no box of kleenex. Very disappointed!
