Clean room, free parking, walking distance to the border and outlet mall. Only thing missing, for the price range, is filtered water.

Is good the ubicación for plaza Américas but don't have amenities
-
What i will say about the property was the front staff was good but the rest was a flop.
-
Convenient place to stay . Orlando at the front desk can help answer most questions and is friendly unlike the girls at the front desk . Look for him if you need help or have questions his familiar with the area wich we appreciated .

Most amenities did not work! TV, phone, pool, toilers and, outlets! Do not recommend. Highly disappointed

had a great stay . Would definitely come back.

When we first got there the room was masked with scented spray and smelled weird. The room was dirty, walls dirty, sheets were stained yellow with tears and blanket had blood on it. The person at the front desk was nice and gave us another room which was upgraded and better. It was convenient to cross the border but will spend an extra $60 and stay elsewhere.

I have stayed her several times and usually I have no problem. On this occasion the shower in my room had a leak that wouldn't stop. Also, the smoke alarm went off several times.

It’s ok to stay one or two days
-
average in all, the toilet paper holder was broke
-
Staff were nice, some straight to business. Very close to shopping centers and Tijuana airport. Not clean. You can feel the dirt under your feet. Towels dirty and stained. Only two towels in the room with one tiny shampoo bottle and 1 bar of soap for four of us.

Very good

Exceptional

Location close to the outlets. No hot water, and very bright lights outside the room meant it was very light inside even with blinds pulled shut.

Then a sassy front desk person (Brandon the name said) who looks like he's dressed for the club says, it's not us who charged your card but the website you made the reservation (unlearned/ignorant) even though it states their Motel name and location. Hmmm, odd right? And it's still the M6 app/website when the pending charge then is posted (no longer pending) to your account even though the reservation was canceled at 1:01pm the day before and the guest booked and paid for the canceled night elsewhere via (Expedia) but they still have money that does NOT belong to them. Let this fact of truth be your warning and guide no matter your ethnicity or gender! They bait with lower prices for calculating reasons!! Also, the property is run down and not well maintained. In desperate times people seek opportunities to do unethical things. I hope Motel 6 the brand abandon this location specifically!!
