The pictures are AI and I have no clue where they are getting these reviews. My door looked like it was kicked in at one point and the A/C noise was like a lawn mower. It was terrible.

El trato de el personal es excelente, las habitaciones están bien considerando que es un hotel económico, tiene microondas, y refrigerador que nos fueron muy útiles

Well I was disappointed to come in the room and it wasn't as clean as it should have been I had to clean the room myself second night was disturbing there were bugs in the room the manager did his best to try to accommodate me they but the communication between the front desk and the manager was so far but they tried to make it work they did come and re-clean the room and offered to move me to another room it's okay it was an okay stay could have been better but it was it was okay

The front lobby is closed most of the time. You have to deal with the staff through a "teller" window.

Ice machine close to our room not working. It would have been nice to have an ice bucket, Kleenex and extra trash can.

Room was disgusting. Needs some bleach for sure. Staff was fine and one of the ice machines worked.

Very simple motel, but if you need to be in San Ysidro, it is well placed and works well. The rooms are basic but have everything you need.

Very kind people at the desk, slim to no wait time for checking in/out, always free parking, decent area, clean nice rooms. Didn’t bother me but it is by the highway so expect to hear vehicles throughout the night.

It was ok, It didn’t have in the room what I needed a coffee pot, an Iron . The staff was pleasant.
