location, location, location - a mile from the airport, easy access to/from the property as well as the airport - clean room and bathroom, quiet the one night i was there bare bones - though clean and no issues at all, the bathroom had no amenities provided and the sliding door to the shower was difficult to open

Our King room was large, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to have - we ate most of our meals at the table and chairs provided. I rise much earlier than my husband and enjoyed the two minute drive to Wawa (also within walking distance- just not for me) for a coffee while watching the planes landing at the Richmond Airport across the street. The facility is modern and exceptionally clean both our room and in the general areas, i.e. the elevator and small gym. Amenities that were not included were not missed by us, such as a pool, free breakfast, or large lobby. My only suggestion to improve our stay would be the addition of some sort of cushioned chair or love seat, which the size of the room could easily accommodate. Our stay this time was three nights - should there be another tournament (we have four baseball playing grandsons) or another reason to visit or pass through Richmond- Motel 6 at the Airport would be at the top of our list.

The pros of the room: Big, spacious, cold, and we had a comfortable bed. Had a refrigerator to place our drinks. The cons and qualm I had was there was no hot running water. It was luke warm (if I could even call it that) after running it for 5 straight minutes. After flying all day and arriving to the hotel at 11pm I wanted to take a nice hot shower only to be received with semi warm and mostly cold water and the ADA shower stall that had the water running down from the ramp onto the bathroom floor. It was messy to say the least. The toilet paper holder was broken so TP was placed on top of the toilet. The corner of the bathroom wall had spider webs and spiders and lastly, I don’t know if construction was going on in the building or outside, but it was very loud in the early morning. Overall sufficient enough for a night stay.

We have stayed here several times now. It is clean, convenient, comfortable and economical. The nearby area has plenty of dining and shopping opportunities. We will be staying here again!

Absolutely the best staff and customer service I've ever been a party to in any stay or Resort or anything that I have been able to participate in for vacation

Easy to find, bed was comfortable. Easy to park, quiet for being so close to highway and airport. Bathroom cleaning needs to be more through, rinsing hair that was not mine when I first turn it on is not ideal. Bed was clean though.

The lobby was clean and the front desk worker was very nice. The room was not very clean. The floors were sticky. There was a spill of some sort that had never been wiped off on the wall by the tv. The shower was grimey in the corners and appeared to have not been cleaned well for a while.

Just an average place to stay nothing fancy although it is new but rooms feel hollow no pictures on the wall water pressure very poor in shower also leaked limited amount of ice you get per staff just not your home feel place very bland no amenities very basic place

Shower was mildly warm, never hot. Tricky to walk to any nearby food except the Mexican restaurant, so limited breakfast options without a car.

We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and they were full so no changes he offered to spray deodorizer and we accepted that offer. Upon opening shades we then see that the floors had not been cleaned, like in a long time! Coffee stains and dirt dust and discarded pills on floor. Went back to desk and asked for a broom and the deodorizer as they still had not come to do that. He went to get it then decided he should do it. He followed me to room and was also shocked to see how bad the floors were, he swept the room and then said, let me go get a mop, and mopped. He sprayed the bed with deodorizer, and said he was sorry. It did smell better but then we went to dinner and upon getting back to the room the smell was back. It was BAD! On a road trip and now my travel pillow and other items smell… not a way to start a trip. No offer of compensation. Also, they only have 1 luggage cart they offer, for a hotel with 5 floors, at checkout, we waited and waited as someone took it to their room and were not in a hurry to leave, I asked if there were any others and she finally grabbed an extra but make me promise to bring it right back to the office…so just a extra issue. Probably would not stay here ever again. JMHO

The room was clean but a/c didn't cool well and the tv kept flickering. The shower leaked between the doors. Staff completed their job but not very friendly while doing it. When I checked out the guy didn't even look at me.

The location of this hotel is perfect for travel out of Richmond Airport. The hotel is clean, new, and provides the basics for an overnight stay prior to an early flight. The staff is always friendly and it's affordable compared to other nearby hotels.

Good enough for an overnight before our flight. One bed had sheets that appeared dirty or stained maybe, glad I inly needed one bed. The fronts of the cabinets were dirty- greasy fingerprints and a spill on the floor.
