They do not make it clear that the one hotel is under construction and not in use on booking.com. There is no sense of urgency.

Staff as I did the booking with u guy's and they made me feel uncomfortable sying I did not book yet I did.... They did not want to honor rate that I paid for and extra night

Friendly and clean. Comfortable rooms. Everything worked in the room. Too many stairs to climb to get to the room. Bathroom needs an extractor. Only 1 Ceylon and 1 rooibos teabag each, for 2 people it should be 2 of each.

Beautiful room, spacious a clean. The room had an aircon, which was essential especially in the summer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also believe this was affordable compared to other PHs in the area, although it wasn't the best location. They forgot to tell me that the place had a gym which was accessible 24hours. I only learned about it on my last night. The drinks were a bit pricey, a savannah for R60 is absolutely ridiculous.

Location was good for us. The room was spacious. Staff was available to help us with our questions or requests. I’m not keen on carpets in rooms, although it didn’t look dirty. I think it could do with a couple of simple adjustments to become incredible again.
