Nothing at all The rooms are not a true representation of the pictures. They were small. No iron. Only one towel in the room. I requested an extra towel from reception and they didn't bring it.

The gym views were good. The restaurant has terrible yet expensive food. The bed was very hard.

Location, it was close to everything the space of the hotel and having to wait for a iron

Clean and good location We didn’t have water for 3 days. There were no assistance. When i asked help from security just to bath so that i can go attend important meeting he checked in his room which was located ground floor and find water, then i was happy that at-least i will bath, then he told me that i need to pay him because the room is not for guest but it is staff shower room. I end up not bathing there because i didn’t have cash with me.

The property needs serious maintenance The rooms are too small even though I booked a superior room but it was too small and the basin was a total joke I couldn’t wash my face on the booking it stated the balcony had seats but to my disappointment we had an entire concrete slab

The wifi was not stable, the apartment was a bit cold(it is winter and so a heater would have been nice)... lastly, there was no view of Sandton

Not in a good condition, had a bit of a bed smell. The location is dodgy and too quiet Security is not really tight, sometimes no one is available at the gate or at the reception. Reception in the hotel is 24 hours, but theirs is not 24 hours.

The apartment was nice The breakfast location was bad. The place looks like a kiosk. The selling snacks and other things. The didn't have a proper dinning area in that nice big building. The tables to sit where two couchs and two very small tables and chairs ( they look like tables and chairs for kids). The four tables seating were full. They ladies who were supposed to serve us were all over the place. After 15 minutes no one attend us and People that we found there complaint that they are still waiting for thier food forever. So we left and had our breakfast at the mall. We paid for the breakfast that was never served
