I don't think there's anything I didn't like.

The location was perfect Nothing, everything was great

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT TOO. WILL DEFINETELY BE BACK. COULD DO A BIT BETTER ON THE BREAKFAST THOUGH, MORE OPTIONS.

Clear quick to get around It was okey

The facilities were good & rooms clean The elevator going to room really inconvenience at one point I had to wait 15/20mins because they were fixing it & there wasn't any sign or nothing. The restaurant menu wasn't that to my expectations,food served wasn't to my perfection they need to improve on sides "streamed vegetables were so dry and mash potato wasn't soft but just dry ball of mash". At one point I ordered spaghetti with meatballs,they brought it with to much sauce it was so difficult to even enjoy it iv been having .. Need to improve on standard of preparation.. The receptionist working on duty on Wednesday 20th afternoon shift till evening was very rude. In her response when I asked her regarding the room 203 why it wasn't clean after staying 4night already & it been my last day her response was we accommodate new arrivals to get their rooms clean.. She needs customer service training their better ways to respond we all pay to stay in hotel & service should be same .. Some of us are individual staying almost a week that response you get ..

All the staff members was friendly and helpful. Extremely clean and an amazing environment. Accommodation, restaurant everything was 5 star. Safe and convenient in the heart of Sandton. Will definitely make it my choice of Accommodation in the future again. Ps, restaurant in the hotel had the most amazing options and best tasting food i have ever had at any hotel.

Convenient location in Sandton Shower glassdoor leaking at the bottom (joint to be replaced) and water everywhere on floor. We has to mop the floor after showering with bath towels.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly. This was my second stay at the hotel. I took a standard room the first time which was not great. So I upgraded thinking I would get a better room and bathroom. All what I got was a bath. Otherwise the room was the same as the standard room. I feel the administration could supply more in the rooms. E. G. 1. There is only one chair although there are two people occupying the room . No comfortable chairs and table in the room for us to relax. We had to sit on our bed. The bathroom in the standard room was much better than in the upgraded room. The shower was small. No hooks to hand the towels. One hand towel for two people. I think that for the price I paid for the upgrade was not worth it. At least breakfast should have been included. I can only give my opinion. I would have liked to come back , but, under these circumstances I won’t be returning to the hotel. And I can’t recommend my friends or family to stay at your hotel , as I will be embarrassed .

We had a standard room The bed was comfortable, The shower was too big so it took up too much space, leaving the basin area very small. There was no space to put our toiletries. No hooks to hook our towels after use. There was only one chair for two people. There should have had at least one comfortable chair to relax in. But two would be better with a little table between. The room is big enough to have these chairs and table. When your guests come back tired they need somewhere comfortable to sit and relax. Those are all my grips. I hope you will take up my suggestions.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the apartments are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is well located and in a safe area. Its security arrangements are of his quality.

I liked the location and breakfast. It is new Nelson Mandela square. It is a quite safe area. The breakfast is great. I enjoyed staying there. We were not properly treated when we checked in. The staff who approached us was rude. We avoided that person whenever we needed assistance.

24 hrs Shower makes a mess

Clean room and decent space of room. Location was good, safe and close to restaurants and mall. Considers were open/ outside. No good TV channels (no CNN/BBC/Al Jewzera etc
