Everything was amazing, the pool area was beyond wonderful, with all the space to sit, eat swim and sit around the firepit.. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone especially if you’re traveling with children/ young people!!!! We felt very safe and appreciated the staff with all their help in scheduling our stay, and the breakfast was awesome.. Plenty to eat and didn’t have to wait on anything, very nice and accommodating 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

First room had a broken AC unit. Rachelle at the front desk got me into another room promptly, she was great. The second room had working AC, but smelled musty and dirty. Neighbors were smoking weed at all hours so the hallway was stinky and it would waft into my room from time to time. Beds were decently comfortable, but the AC unit is far from the beds so it was tough to get it properly cooled for sleeping. Firepit and pool area was constantly swarmed with 20+ people of a large party. The upstairs folks were loud at all hours of the day and night. Typical park clientele, hut it is close to Cedar Point which is why I was there, so that was helpful. A few decent food options nearby. Didn't have an issue with parking, and didn't feel like it was an unsafe area.

This was a motel that was converted into a hotel and doesn’t have an elevator and it is not disclosed in the description. The room needed a deep cleaning the lamp on the nightstand looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower curtain was dirty and needed to be replaced. The beds are extremely hard.

Room was clean. We arrived for our 4pm check in and was told the room wasn't ready. Asked when it would be ready and was told "I don't know yet" We finally got our room at 4:45pm facilities are very old as we stayed in what I assume is the older building out back. Room was clean. We were very tired and having to wait so long for rhe room with no time given just wasnt what we were expecting. We are understanding but no explanation when check out times are 11am. A room should be ready 5 hours later in my opinion.

Negatives:Shower had hair and stains in it. Broken lampshade. Only enough towels for 3 people (5 booked for room). Fitted sheet on pullout couch was dirty. No additional bedding or pillows for pullout. Only mini conditioner, no shampoo. Breakfast wasnt maintained after 9:30am (ended at 10am). Water leaking significantly from a/c unit. Positives: Decent size room. Quiet. Affordable.

This place is appalling. It smells like mildew, it was not properly cleaned, there was a zip tie holding the door open to the parking lot that was supposed to be locked 24/7, there was no soap in the bathroom, we had to skim the pool ourselves before using it, the counter in the bathroom had not been wiped down properly and right before we checked out I discovered A GLUE MOUSETRAP BEHIND THE NIGHTSTAND!

As a last minute booking for a great price, this hotel wasn't bad at all! Staff were friendly, check-in/out were simple, the hours for the amenities were awesome(swimming until 11 on a humid summer night? Sign me up!) and the continental breakfast was amazing, too. The only downside was that the mattresses were definitely worn out. I slept well, but my son did not. Despite that, we both agreed we'd stay again.

The mattresses were horrible. The safety latch for the room was broken off like someone previously broke through the door. The tables in the breakfast area were dirty and nobody was cleaning them.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what you'd expect. Not great, not awful. The room left something to be desired. The mattress had a big divot in the middle, the floors were worn and, overall, the bathroom and common areas need updating.

I loved our room with the extra sofa bed, which was perfect for the kids. This is the second time we stay here and have had a great experience. So close to many, many shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was very helpful.
