I like the bed! It wasn't sinking down when I was laying on it or sleeping on it. The room was clean when I have entered. The cleaning crew is hard to around to when I have lots of trash. Their ice scoop is broken. They have an ice machine. Hopefully they've got a new one.

The cable on the t.v didn't work,complained so they said they will fix it next day they didn't. Shower was awfull no pressure.

I would never stay here again. The room was so disgustingly filthy I went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself before I would stay. Bath towels were see through hand towels and I'm still itching from something I guess I got from the bed. Pool was nice lol

The price is good and close to my worksite Asked for a smoking room. NO ash tray, No towels and wash clothes, No trash can. And the shower leaked so bad I had to use several towels to soak up the water.

I didn't like how it got horrible ratings. We were actually warned not to stay there because of bedbugs and drugs so we actually drove an extra three hours and stayed in Granger Illinois.

The closeness to Cedar Point Bed bugs, not clean, dirty sheets & floor, no remote to tv after asking for it. Didn’t get one for 5 days

Arriving I was hopeful! Very cool decorations everywhere, three luxury refurbished old vehicles on display in the parking lot, an adorable pool in the back with a little cleaning bot. I didn't end up staying here the night I paid for and I'm running through loops trying to get a refund. The entire room looked as though it hadn't been serviced. Smoke alarm disconnected from the wall (non-smoking room), dirty shower curtain, yellow pillows and garbage on the bed, and bugs everywhere. I took a shower and walked around the room barefoot for 3 minutes and my feet looked dirty. Not only that, when my partner laid down he saw a BED BUG. I didn't take pictures of any other issues because we were quick getting out of there. I caught the bug and took pictures of it. It was 2 AM at this point and by the time we got another place to stay it was 4 AM. DO NOT GO HERE.
