From Don at check in to the ladies at the front desk during checkout as well as the breakfast lady, I cannot say enough good things. I’ve stayed at 7 hotels since may in this area and I will continue to be back to this one. Customer service here is absolutely amazing and the rooms are clean and close to Cedar Point

The room was non smoking and it was so smelly with smoke not clean. the ground was black dirty, the fridge wasn’t working. I don’t recommend! The only positive thing is the location.

It was meh. Just got the job done. I’d say just stay at a different place. Probably at a nicer hotel around but if you want to save money this is the place.

Location to cedar point The bed had a huge hole on one side of the bed. There is no way when staff made the bed they could miss it. I told the front desk when I checked out and they didn’t seem to care. Room 180

Has a great proximity to CP and is usually reasonably priced. The rooms are ok for all that you use them for, when visiting local attractions mostly. It’s the staff, especially the breakfast attendant, is what puts this place at better than other area hotel/motels. The breakfast attendant is the most hospitable lady you will ever meet. I’m so sorry I need to get her name. She welcomes everyone like family and treats that buffet like it was her home kitchen. She is an asset and should be recognized and cherished. Other than that, this is a budget friendly, close to CP and other great options, and you’ll never have an issue with the staff.

It was clean, quiet and close to Cedar Point. The couch with trundle bed was an added bonus.The gym was well equipped with 3 treadmills.

Close to our destination, clean , great breakfast options Tv was messed up! The remote was not working properly! Couldn’t turn tv down, or change channel! Just had to unplug it! Inconvenient!

All the staff were so nice, especially the breakfast and cleaning ladies! Hotel is very clean and well maintained for the most part. We always choose this hotel when going to CP! Cookies in the evening were a special added treat too!

Super ,super! Clean, confortabil beds, and they give us popcorn, cookies and soda in the evening like a snack . Breakfast was simple ,but enough ( yogurt, milk, cereals, pancakes, bagels, butter, jam, coffee, juice). Swimming pool, washing machine, dryer. And nice staff. The only bad thing was that the location is near the train station that made a lot of noise until 2 am in the morning. Overall was super. Thank you.

It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice There were a group of loud people who kept us up all night and had to call the front desk twice plus ask them ourselves if they could keep it down. They called them but they would only keep quiet for a while. They stayed the next night too and kept us up. They should have kicked them out or called the cops but we were so tired the next 2 days. Never staying here again
