Rooms were not cleaned. Did not refill toiletries in the bathroom. Staff couldn’t find my reservation and wasted over 45 mins. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional staff.

Easy check in check out

The room itself was sufficiently clean, but the mattress cover was ripped and the stuffing was coming out, which caused the sheets to continually come off the mattress. That’s something we would expect to be addressed before a room is given to a guest. Our check-in experience was also underwhelming. The male guest services employee wasn’t rude, but he didn’t make us feel particularly welcome. When we asked if there was anywhere nearby at the hotel to get something to eat, we were told, “not really.” We received very little information about the hotel, its amenities, or what was available to guests beyond being told where our room was. The biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of amenities. Confused as to why this is considered a “resort.” There is no breakfast, but has a pool and store, but beyond that, there didn’t seem to be much offered. We never really got a clear picture of what amenities or experiences are included with a stay here. We chose this hotel specifically because it is a Cedar Point property and we had high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience left us disappointed. For the price we paid, we expected much more from a resort-style hotel. Overall, the room was OK, but the lack of amenities, poor communication at check-in, and maintenance issue with the bedding made this stay feel overpriced.

Overall a wonderful stay for the money. My only small gripes would be the bathroom fan would not shut off so I had to sleep with the bathroom door closed. Wi-Fi was weak. Shower curtain needs changing as it had some black mold on it. Overall though, a really good stay and would definitely do again!

if you don’t plan on early entry, other hotels in area likely better

Clean, excellent service and would stay again

This is what you would expect from an express hotel. Not a lot of amenities, but the room was clean and the shower had good water pressure. We didn't use the outdoor pool but it looked well-maintained. The biggest selling point for the hotel is that it is right outside of Cedar Point and you get a voucher to get into the park an hour earlier. All in all, I would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Biggest perk is early entry to the park. Very clean and good rooms.

The shower pressure on the third floor is horrible it barely dripped out it took me 40 min to take a regular 7 to 10 min shower.

The room & property were neat, tidy & clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a pleasant, no drama experience. We will stay there next year, too.

They have coffee makers in the room, but bring your own sugar and Creamer. Never was restocked. Our whole stay for 4 nights.

The splash pad wasn't operating and the vending machines were either missing or sold out.

Very clean and well kept. Has an outdoor pool just wish it was open 24/7. There is a lot of parking all around the building with multiple entrances and elevators. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very professional!

Check-in was easy and the early entry pass is great.

We are not overly picky and do not expect perfection; however, the overall cleanliness could be significantly improved. The table, nightstands, television, and mirrors all had noticeable stains and dust. In our opinion, the property’s standards have declined compared with previous years. At more than $300 CAD per night, we expected a much more thoroughly cleaned room.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay with our group of 16 and 4 rooms. All staff was great. The rooms were well managed and maintained. The pool was nice except the splash pad was down waiting on maintenance. We enjoyed and will return for another stay. Parking is a little tight without having to walk a ways but wasn’t real bad.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful in getting me checked in for my stay. All in all a very nice stay with good food close by and just a drive to the park.
