Hyatt House Atlanta / Perimeter Center

Parking is limited and parking alternatives need better signage. On checkout, turned in room keys and then found out I needed the key to exit the parking deck :>( (Someone could have explained that.) Otherwise, my stay was excellent. Room was large, well outfitted with real plates, mugs, and kitchenware, extra linens and pillow, etc. Breakfast had delicious choices. We have stayed twice and love the proximity to MARTA.

Is that the property were very nice. The breakfast is really good. I really enjoyed everything especially the pool.

The night I decide to eat at the hotel the worse experience happened when I called to order a food the first time the "lady" at the bar hung up the phone soon I told what I would like to order. Called the second time a not very polity man answer ( I tought maybe they are busy...) He pass it back to the "lady" ( what do you want?) who on rushed way just told me give me a 20 minutes ( Not hi this is ...how could I help you?/ nothing...) I was ok ( they must be really busy to treat people like that) ...wait wait wait wait.. almost hr later I called to find out about my order to find out throught a RUDE guy who "informed me" WE DONT HAVE ROOM SERVICES HERE ( like he was talking with his mother...hope not) I tried to explain that I wasnt informed about that also I wasn't informed that my food was ready to pick up ( I dont have a problem to go down stairs to pick up( I have a problem with RUDE IMPOLITE DISRESPECTFULL PEOPLE) HE HUG UP THE PHONE WHEN I WAS STILL SHARING THAT I DIDN'T KNEW ABOUT IT. so I called back and cancel bc complete lost the apetite. This hotel for sure will never ever see one cents from me, my family and friends bc I will make sure they know about what I recived for chose to stay there. NO THANK YOU.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is super convenient—right off I-285 and just blocks from Northside Hospital. The rooms are nice, but the hotel could use a bit of routine maintenance. For instance, my bathroom door wouldn't stay closed or lock. Overall, a good experience, just needs a few quick fixes

The bar drinks were good and the bites at the bar Room smelled like dog urine was moved and that one was moldy and not cleaned well at all

The room was clean, good breakfast options, property was close to medical facilities, shoppng, and restaurants.

This was our first stay at Hyatt House and it was more than I expected. My teenages absolutely loved the pool on the roof . I especially like having all the amenities in our room and the way the sleeping areas were arranged. The shower was so spacious . The oversized shower head made it feel like I was at a spa and of course breakfast was amazing! Thank you Hyatt!!! We look forward to our next Hyatt visit !

Amazing through and through clean room easy parking kitchen staff (breakfast and dinner) the bar ease of checking and check out . Parking fee per night also helps to take your car out of the lot before you return your room key . Saves you like 20 minutes (don’t ask how I know) . If I’m ever back here will definitely stay again.

Parking was interesting and tight and the cost was a bit high based on accommodation…but overall a nice atmosphere and hotel

The stay was terrible the hotel wasn’t clean you could used the plug the icebox wasn’t working it was very noisy

The suite was clean, spacious and perfect for a family. Pool was clean and well maintained with towels. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was nice and staff

The breakfast was ok, needs more than one choice. The bar looked nice. We don’t drink. Too noisy this trip and not enough handicap parking.

The location was amazing close to stores and things that were happening in the cit. I didn't like that I couldn't stay just a little longer.
