Beautiful view and had a pool

Everything was great. Lovely property; amazing views from balcony, solarium, and pool area; kind and helpful staff; free shuttle to and from Sorrento.

Disappointed with the pool hours. It opened at 10 and closed at 18, if not earlier. We vacationed for three days, but never once made it to the pool as it was constantly closed at convenient times. I was surprised by this schedule. At night the air conditioner would start making strange noises, we would wake up and have to turn it off to continue sleeping.

good breakfast, nice location and staff.

The view was amazing. The staff very attentive. Breakfast was very good. Having a car makes the stay better. If you have mobility issue it is better to stay at the main building. Location was good because it was away from the city noise but it can be an issue if you don’t have a car (although they offer a shuttle service to the city free of charge)

Fantastic breakfast, free minibus service to Sorrento, nearby town is very nice. Good service, nice housekeeping service. View on the Sorrento and Naples bay from the 'solarium' was incredible. Rooms were quite old, despite hot temperatures and high humidity which caused you to sweat and prevented drying of wet clothes, they didn't want to turn on A/C in our room (this was especially strange as we were informed that we can turn it on by calling the reception). They said that it is so cold that they have to heat up rooms which is ridiculous. I did not like lack of separate shower but that is quite individual.

2- The view from the hotel of many villages, hills and the ocean is fantastic. 3- A small nice village is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel 4- Buffet breakfast was quite good with lots of choices 5- The front desk staff and the shuttle service driver were quiet nice and helpful. Gloria went out of her way to take care of us, as well as other staff did. I'm

The view is quite amazing . It is a typical Italian Hotel . A little bit Kitsch but the room are very comfortable . The quality of the breakfast although was acceptable could be improved

Staff were amazing, helpful from when we checked in through to check out. They were very friendly and on hand to help with any questions. The villa was a little outdated and limited amenities in the room (e.g. Smart TV)

A great hotel with professional service. Beautiful swimming pool, stylish rooms, great neighborhood. There was an immediate response from the staff to every request. The hotel organizes free shuttle service to Sorrento and offers excursions. Great neighborhood, quiet, cicadas, restaurants around. Paradise on earth. Very clean, very professionally run hotel. We recommend it to everyone who wants to taste real Italy.Na we will definitely come back there.

Exceptional

We liked the facilities, the pool and especially the breakfast. While we were sleeping at night, we could not sleep all night after 2 women who had exceeded the alcohol limit in the next room had a problem with the hotel staff. Although I asked them to change our room, they refused this request by saying that there was no room.

Stunning view. We probably had the best room. Some things might need an update.

Excellent location approximately 7 KM above sorrento. Very friendly staff and our room was cleaned every day. Shuttle bus to sorrento on the hour and the return on the half hour. The last one though is at 8.30 PM Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. Only had dinner once and it was poor. Both of us had fish and had to send it back as it was severely undercooked. However there are some good restaurants in Sant Agata. Especially Mimis.

The complimentary shuttle into town. The view from our room and bar looking over Sorrento was amazing. 10 minute walk to a few restaurants at the back of the property. Cost us €70 to get to the accommodation from the train station, so plan ahead or be ripped off, hotel said they’d help us try get some money back but they didn’t. Hotel staff helped us hire scooters for €50 for the day but when we went into town they were only €22 to hire. Pool area is very small. Beds are rock hard and pillows are also flat and hard, we actually struggled to sleep here due to being extremely uncomfortable. No privacy screens on balcony’s.

Using faciliities of main hotel. Sea view from balcony. Staff were so helpful. Only 2 rooms have direct sea view rest should be called side sea view past other balconies.
-
Fantastic views and a quality hotel full of varied seating areas and lounges. Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were professional and welcoming. No hesitation to recommend. A car is essential.

Amazing view from balcony. Nice room and balcony. Above Sorrento. Adjacent hotel had good facilities Only note would be for guests at Villa Romita to be aware that it is up the road ...only a very short walk....from the hotel which has the pool, restaurant, terrace and is staffed. The Villa is like an annex.
