The staff were friendly and helpful It's a great ? location.the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't great

Good quality of the food. Great Stuff. Super close to the sea. Great pool The boss - owner (or smth) but the bossy guy who is shouting at his employees... Unpleasant vibe.

The maid didn't let me sleep in the morning, she came around 8 am and was very noisy!!

It was a great experience (again) - from welcoming team on reception when we arrived to great food, fun entertainment, comfortable room and unbeatable location. There is nothing much to complain about - we really enjoyed our stay.

The location is really good, you are close to everything you need. The hotel has 2 buildings. The reception and restaurant are in one, while my room was in another. When booking, this is nowhere mentioned . Also the fire alarm woke us all in 3AM one night because of technical difficulty.

The room and corridor was very small and smelt bad. Clearly, the hotel has not been renovated in a very long time.

1. Location of the hotel is good it is very close to the Platja de sa Coma and waterfront. 2. Possibility to get a lunch packet when you plan to explore the island and want to skip lunch. 3. Drinks are available full time. 4. Each evening disco in hotel. 1. In Booking hotel description it is specified that gym is available in hotel but it is not said that you need to pay additionally 15 euro per day and it is in another building. 2. WiFi it is a total disaster, we could connect to it in the room, WiFi network wasn't even detected by phone, outside the room signal was better but still internet speed was very slow so forgot about Youtube. 3. Many people write about good service but it was not our case, the staff was not interested in our check-in (we didn't get any info about hotel, only one A4 page), kitchen and cleaning service is good 4. Food is normal but is not tasty 5. There is not dedicated parking for hotel residents, so each time you need to catch free space near hotel entrance or near the hotel corner or public parking(Carrer a Si, 34, 07560 Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Illes Balears, Spain)

They put us in a building across the corner with no reception. Our room was on the first floor, and we were not able to open the window or the curtains because people passing by on the street could see inside. We could hear everything since the street was noisy. The AC wasn't working properly. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a crazy guy screaming on the street and banging on our window and the door of the building. We were terrified as he seemed about to break our window, and I rang the police. We were really worried about our security as there was no reception or any security in the building.

Hotel is very good, especially for that price in this time of year. Thanks for showing double room, I booked single but it was too small for me, so I payed little extra and had nice big room. My room was in another building but the view was great from 3rd floor. Food great, many kinds, desserts, fresh fruit, drinks good. Close to beach, bus stop. Close to 2 nice beaches. I think it's perfect for that price, would highly recommend. I had all inclusive and late flight, but I was allowed to stay inside hotel so thank you for that. With these prices it's a perfect spot really. Also beds are good, firm.

The location was ideal. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel itself was very tidy and well maintained. The staff obviously care about the service they provide and want to do a good job. The thing that impressed me was when we arrived, it was 2am due to a late flight, when we went to the desk we were given a brown paper bag with water, sandwiches, and fruit inside to tie us over until breakfast. Very thoughtful. The size of the cups for the drinks were very small. And there was nowhere to recycle them.

This hotel was very clean and the location was fantastic. Food was fine, you could always find something that you liked all nice and fresh. The two ladies that we met on the reception desk were both fantastic, helpful, friendly a great asset to the hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and there was nothing wrong with the hotel itself…….however This hotel lacks a soul, there is no atmosphere at all, no music, no entertainment, no fun activities. Sitting around the pool is like sitting in a doctors surgery. You eat in the restaurant and talk in whispers it was so lifeless we only did everything once. It’s such a shame because with better management planning to inject some life in to the place, it could be lovely. We popped back one night at 10.45 and every light was off around the pool area and when a say off I mean off, total darkness, bar closed…..really I am on holiday. The bar staff are clearly not happy in their work, they were rude at times and totally miserable…..the only lager in the all inclusive was absolutely vile, served in paper cups…..really paper cups. If you are all wondering if I am a 21 year old party goer then no, I am 60.

The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very efficient in clearing plates away and cleaning tables. The cleaner came in every two days and changed the beds and left new towels which was good. The room and bathroom were very dated. Would have preferred to have a fridge in room instead of a sofa bed which we did not need. The food was very repetetive and not the best quality. The timings for meals is not acceptable 6.30pm to 8,30pm for evening meal is too early. The bar staff only wanted to put drinks into paper cups they were very reluctant to use glasses. We were all inclusive but everyone seemed to be able to get free water, soft drinks, beer and wine. So really the only extra we got was spirits as we had to pay for cocktails which were not great. When you are on holiday you at least want to have a cocktail that looks like a cocktail. I asked for a Tequila Sunrise and just got tequila and orange I had to ask for the grenadine. All Inclusive snacks were sandwiches which were made with no butter and cheap ham and cheese which were not palatable. Bar staff did not seem bothered. The pool was disgusting. It wants emptying, tiles renewed and acid washed to get rid of the black algae. Did not use the pool as didn't want to be ill from the filth. This is unacceptable. ALL INCLUSIVE IS A JOKE HERE!! THE WORST ONE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!

Very friendly staff and good localisation close to the beach . Very poor entertainment , the light was turning off at 22.30 , tiny room no good for family of 2adults and 2children as wasn't event space to go and sit on the balcony when all bed was made up.

Breakfast was really good, also for vegetarians. Hotel was close to beach and bus stop. Big balcony. Clean pool, room. Not a bad hotel, but for this money we would expect better. Short opening time for swimming pool. Room was really small, smaller than we thought, sink was in the room not in bathroom. Balcony without privacy. Expensive for such a small, basic room in “village” location. In the evenings, the place is almost dead, just some events for seniors or karaoke. Highly recommend car for traveling to other beaches or Palma!! Cause from S’illot it takes lot of time traveling somewhere by public transport.

Location was vey good near Sá coma and Cala Morlanda was 15 minutes walk. Staff very amazing, Tania was great! Vey nice outdoor restaurant with trees and a cool view to the pool. Ice cream and different drinks and cakes were available for all inclusive. Pool water temperature was perfect. Very nice room with balcony, except for the noise. Very bad Wi-Fi. Food could be much better with more variety. For example, desserts were always the same. Noisy rooms. Gym is very very weak. Multi station machine is not working because it was broken. It happened twice that hot water in the shower was not working (during the night).
