Senator Cala Millor Hotel

Perfect location. Just off the main beach front so it is nice and quiet. Room was very clean and modern. Staff and housekeeping were all friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t try breakfast.

The location is great for my needs, but perhaps too busy for some guests. While very close, this hotel is not placed directly in front of the sea. That means, the view is not very attractive (either an ugly building in front or an even uglier backyard in the back...). I knew about this, so I took a back room, which is quieter than in the front. I just didn't open the windows to avoid the view. The exception is the roof terrace, where you have a great view of the ocean.

Excellent location Friendly staff Modern and clean rooms Quiet No option for an extra mattress for the extra child. The booking said the room was suitable for 2 adults plus 1 child under 12 years old, 2 single beds. I assumed that meant an extra mattress or temporary bed for the child, but no. And the hotel had no alternative for us. So we squeezed in the 2 single beds. Had I known, I would have brought an inflatable mattress from home.

Modern, friendly staff, clean. It was perfectly located to the beach, parking was a block away? and Aldi’s was near by for quick snack/water grabs. The corner shop facing the beach had some quick beach extras too for sunscreen/sunglasses. We went in the shoulder season in Oct, so the hotel wasn’t too full but it was great! Sunrises are amazing! You can wake up 10 minutes to rise and stroll down real quick to catch the show! N/a hotel wasn’t great!

Nothing Although i told them in advance i will be 2 days late, i was forced to make another reservation, and pay the hotel room again although i’ve already paid it almost 3 months in advance. When i’ve asked for the manager, it refused to see us and basically stole our money.

Nothing They have basically robbed me of almost 1000 euros. Do not pay them anything in advance or you can kiss your money goodbye. They send a non working card payment page so you need to send them money by bank transfer so you cannot get them back. Their contact number is a joke, just an aswering machine.

Aircon was dripping and fridge wasn’t working

The location is excellent. Rooftop pool is nice. Room is modern.

The shelf in our room was tilted down and about to fall. The room description promises a coffee maker, but in reality this is just an electric kettle with packets of instant coffee.

Everything was perfect. Guilia on reception was a joy. The rooms were very clean and quiet and comfortable, 1 minute walk to the beach, the roof terrace was beautiful. Faultless.

Fantastic location, spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful and kind staff. No breakfast in the hotel, and see through bathroom glass wall.
