The towels smells not clean and the beds not really comfortable I’m sorry but maybe for one night ok

It was a nice stay! Room was in great condition however there weren’t any extra blankets or pillows on the couch. The ice machine is broken. Elevator broken. No free weights in the gym. No plates or utensils in room. My presumption is there has been so much theft that they don’t keep these items in the rooms. Breakfast is served by staff only and is the same thing every morning, again probably to control costs. Kitchen staff were very kind and hard working!

A lot of amenities and WiFi was unstable. My room was on the third floor and the elevator was out of order. A bit of an inconvenience

Cons: we didn’t get any room service for the 3 days we stayed. I had to go ask for fresh towels and our beds were never made. Hair dryer didn’t work, and the shower could use a bit more pressure. Police activity and you’ll constantly hear the airplanes.

Clean up a little - broke Elevator.. property needs to be maintained better.

Air conditioners were not working, lights in room were not working, TV was not working. Dogs were in the swimming pool. Breakfast was not tasty at all and the cooked breakfast was not able to be seen until it was on the plate. Kitchen staff was rude.

The only minor issue was that our room was not cleaned despite requesting housekeeping service. Other than that, everything else met our expectations. We would still recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.

Another issue for the room we were in was road noise. At the first crack of dawn, despite good curtains, the first vehicle in the road outside would wake us up. Parking was also congested with a narrow L shaped parking area - maybe it is a California thing. Lastly they have once in 7 day housekeeping policy. It may be bothersome for some guests. But staff were very nice and helpful and would give us extra towels etc. As they say you get what you pay for. The overall stay - was okay.

The breakfast was good. We liked the serviced style and ability to take the breakfast on the go to Disneyland. The room was large and comfortable. Check in was good and quick. The little bed lights were a nice touch. The elevator closest to our room was broken during our stay. Not many luggage carts available. Wish there were a few more breakfast options for how we wanted our eggs, bacon/sausage and hash browns. Also needs better on the go drink options.

It was clean, quiet, and private The parking at night

Beds are super small, can’t fit an adult with a child even. Breakfast was very very limited with no choices or self service. They made your plates and the portions were miserly given. On top, they were rude. Unfortunately, will not be staying here again.
