Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort

We arrived at about 245pm Room wasn’t ready, that was understandable, check in was four. They said they would text when ready. Came back about 345- still not ready. We sat in the lobby until 515pm, trying to call the front desk or guest services but no one answered. The text service didn’t respond until this time to finally say the room was ready. One of the staff that it was transferred to when I called must have been a central location because he said I just have to wait or go stand in line to find out what’s going on. Pretty terrible customer service. Alfredo in the text understood my concern and gave me a room credit. Unfortunately, the room credit wasn’t added and after I left on Saturday morning, I got charged for my charges plus a wine and water mini bar charge that we didn’t touch and was discharged for. We ate breakfast at the buffet on Friday and it was awful. We got some food, wrote down our egg order and sat and waited for those. 15 minutes later our eggs came, opposite of how we ordered them and all of our food was cold. For how much money we paid to stay two nights with you, I am stupefied at the poor customer service and follow through. I would not recommend this property at all.

The location is great. The property and the rooms are showing their age. The fire pit on our patio did not work.

The room needed several maintenance. Food was really bad compared to what they charged. Parking price is insane. Chairs in the room needed cleaning. Not so good, won’t be back here for sure and cannot recommend to someone else. There are better hotels in Santa Barbara.

Dirty carpet & restroom. Shower is not working, toilet was clogged.. that no one address during our stay despite multiple calls to the front desk. Outdated rooms w/ parking lot views. It was a very disappointing overnight stay. It seems like you are staying in a cheap motel.

Instead of offering to hold less on my already paid for room, they turned me away, forcing me to stay in a hostel until my funds cleared on my card. This was while the surrounding front desk staff was waving resort fees, and security deposits for the surrounding families and couples checking in. Complete discrimination.

Hotel was not worth the price. Rooms were old and outdated as well as television. Smelled moldy

Close to beach, downtown and Funk Zone Lobby carpet could use cleaning Pool corners and tiles need cleaning Other than that, excellent

The front desk staff were bad. At times during my 40 minute wait, there was just one person checking people in. What was more important for the second clerk to walk away? And when I was checking out, they did not tell me how to get through the parking lot gate without a room key.

Frankly I think it would have been better if they charged us more for the room rate and provided a clean updated room with parking included. Right now it feels like a place that overcharges and then is stingy about providing an good experience.

The property location is great. The building I stay seems like need a lot of maintenance One of the room had Brocken shampoo containers on the shower. I found hairs in the bath tub like they didn’t clean well before we get in to the room. The patio door had some broken metal part to stop the slide door. I just didn’t complain because I was kind the frustrating with the check in. They take like 45 minutes to give me my keys. So I was already frustrated with that cuz I requested connected rooms and when get there It wasn’t available. And they supposed to upgrade my rooms but they looks big and But not clean on the showers on both rooms

Love this hotel and have so much fun with all the amenities from the bike rentals to the s’mores!

First time staying here and I am definitely coming back!! Beautiful property, beautiful view!! If you didn’t want to leave the property, you really don’t have to, as everything you would need is on site!

Location and very nice staff The lounge closed at 11 on a Saturday night. During festival events!

The Hilton Beachfront Resort is perfectly located across the street from the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there.
