Beautiful room and location was ideal. The room and bed were comfortable. I was able to walk to restaurants, cafes, and shopping.

Check in process could have been better. The team did everything they could to turnover the house quickly, but there were a few hours we were waiting to drop our bags off that could have been done sooner, so we could have explored the city more. Overall the team tried their best to accommodate all guests (checking in and checking out).

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and having access to the kitchen was a great bonus and very convenient. The decor was tasteful and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and any assistance we needed was provided promptly. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Cute and well decorated home in a nice residential location but close to restaurants and coffee shops.

This property has no staff on-site. At one point my room was too cold and I had to call a phone number to ask them to change it (their remote support staff wasn't responding to texts). This combines the worst aspects of a hotel (small, quiet property that you're sharing with other people) and an Airbnb (nonexistent host/support).

Loved the size of the suite and adored the kitchen, wish we had been able to stay longer! Water pressure in the shower was divine! Everything was impeccably clean. For as nice as the suite looked, I was expecting much softer sheets? I'm normally not even picky about that but was surprised how uncomfortable they were. I had just spent three evenings on my graduate school campus with dorm sheets and I think the dorm sheets were better than what was on the bed. : / I also didn't love a 10am checkout. I felt so welcomed by the personal texts making sure we got into our room ok but getting out by 10am feels like we were being rushed out. I knew about this when I booked it but just wanted to mention it as something to consider for the future. Even with what I've said here, I'll likely be back. :)
