Great location! Friendly staff. Enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed our stay and our room was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant and bar on the property and lovely garden area around the rooms. One suggestion would be to improve the lighting for the ground floor rooms as it was difficult to see where you are going at night. Definitely recommend and walking distance to lots of places.

I will stay at this hotel again. Everything was great and the bed was so comfortable. The property was really amazing

Great location, comfortable space, many pleasant seating areas. Oreo cookies and milk in the evening; pastry, coffee & tea in the morning, wine in the afternoon. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel nestled in a neighborhood walking distance to restaurants and historic courthouse. The staff Anna was very pleasant and efficient. Wonderful coffee/tea bar with pastries in am and wine served in pm.

We were placed on the first floor and they have a very nice windows but we could not open them because everyone will look right into our room. The bathroom is too small for a family of 4. No window or exhausted fan. It is located in downtown so you can walk everywhere but it is not for our family.

A good 3.5 star motel

We absolutely loved this boutique hotel in the middle of Santa Barbara. The location was fantastic - we easily walked to dinner and shops. The property was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the beautiful property grounds and enjoyed the breakfast with local coffee and pastries, and the complimentary wine hour in the evenings. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there is limited onsite parking and we had to park on the street one night of our three-night stay. However, we were able to find a spot almost right in front of the hotel, so it was no big problem for us, and there was no charge for overnight street parking at that location.

The property is beautifully maintained and the room I stayed in (1 queen bed) was adequate and comfortable. The room itself was a little bit small, they didn't have a fridge, and there were barely any wall sockets to plug things into, which was a little annoying. But all in all, a very comfortable place to stay and would recommend!

This place is extremely cute and unique! The set up of the different buildings is really special. The staff is very friendly and offers coffee, breakfast, and even wine and cookies at no charge! Great proximity to Downtown and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Room is very no frills. Very limited parking on site and hotel is within one way streets so finding parking/entrance can be tricky. There is a small restaurant on site and lots of dining on site and nice coffe/pasteries at breakfast.
