Best Western University Inn Santa Clara

I liked the cleanliness; the breakfast was excellent, in my opinion.

Breakfast is good

I had a really pleasant stay here. The staff stood out — always helpful and quick to sort anything we asked about. Rooms and public areas were clean with no issues. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, hot and cold options all fresh. The pool is adequate rather than a resort-style one, but clean and perfect for a quick dip. Great value for the price. Thanks to the team for making it easy.

Nice Central Santa Clara location Room next to stairs , RV parking on a side street outside the window with generators running at night and obvious drug deal went down.

Terrible experience with the breakfast lady with a horrible attitude and will need to bring the complaint to the corporation the worst experience ever for us.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Coffee was not very good

The drain from the bath tub was very weak. The bed/ mattress was pretty shot It was noisy until 10pm ish as the room was facing a major road. The outdoor spool looked nice and the staff was helpful.

The beds were superb—very comfortable with smooth soothing sheets and perfect pillows—not too hard, not too soft. Good bedside lighting. Parking good—wide spots not tiny cramped spots.

I thought the property was very clean also loved all the brightness in the room. Clean sheets and towels was a happy moment

It is a good option for the price range in that area. Location is good. Still I can’t understand they serve breakfast with plastic cutlery. Please add a dish washer and silverware. The amount of plastic going to the landfill is enormous. Please don’t serve breakfast with plastic forks, knives and spoon anymore. That’s the reason I don’t give 5 stars.
