We only stayed one night but it was pleasant

The location was the main reason we booked this hotel for our weekend trip. 15 mins from Levi's stadium and SJC airport! Grocery stores and fast food restaurants right down the street or even just a crosswalk away. Super convenient spot if you're not too picky on looks. They are currently doing some property maintenance in certain areas but they were kind enough to switch my room so that way we would not be disturbed. All good encounters with staff. Everyone was friendly and room maintenance crew is on it.

The room was clean nl quiet

They stated when we checked in that they were in the process of remodeling and to please excuse any sounds of this during our stay. We didn't notice anything. We were there 4 nights, room was cleaned once, towels refreshed twice. It was a place to sleep, price/nights was better than most in the area.

Towels where stained. They were doing construction when we stayed too. You'll wake up early from the sound. You hear everything even people walking from the hallway.
-
Nasty room, they had left a towl with human feces in the restroom.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. However, the hotel is undergoing a renovation. We requested a room in the second building to avoid the noise, and were promised one. But on check, it turns out our room was not the one requested, it was next to the room being renovated. They then gave us another room under the room being renovation. Renos started at 8am in the room directly above us, If you enjoy being awaken by very loud banging, then this hotel is the one for you. Frankly, this hotel has no right to sell rooms while undergoing much needed renos. They should have shut the hotel down and renovated all the rooms at the same time. Other then this, the location was convenient and close to restaurants and amenities.

I didn’t end up staying at the property. The room wasn’t what I expected and while it’s clear they’re renovating and making improvements, I was in town for a volleyball tournament and needed a stronger baseline for accommodation. I think it’s affordable just not what I was looking for.

Customer services was great. The staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will absolutely come back.

Price was fair....oh an there was some sort of water control device on shower that I didn't realize was there. I assumed the shower didn't work. Called front desk 3 times got no answer. House keeping had to let me back into my room bcuz they checked me out of my room after telling me I had late check out.

I understand that they were doing remodeling at the time of our stay, it wasn’t too bad even though it was a few doors down. Our room was missing the standard things like an ice bucket, so we had to request one. TV remote never worked, even after having it replaced and new batteries. The lights on the end tables came on and flickered at their own will. When it came to checking out, they would not refund our deposit until the room was verified that we did not destroy it. Never had any hotel do that to us in all the years we have been traveling.

one of the best hotels for the price if you are on a budget-- have stayed there many times--- nice staff
-
Basic hotel with a lot of rooms under construction. For what you pay its fair value. Rooms are a bit bare and towels/sheets can be newer.

Okay

Excellent value at $95/night during renovations. Serviceable hotel/motel. Not special, but clean.

Pleasant stay 👍

I’ve been staying at hotel on and off was never charged a deposit now I don’t have any money for 3 to 5 days because they decided on charging me I will stay elsewhere
-
The AC was so loud, the 4 days I stayed there, I did not watch tv. You have to turn it up loud to hear over the AC. I did not want the folks around me complaining. It was clean and quiet.

Bad and nothing like shown in pictures.
