Room was spacious but walls were super thin all night you can hear the next door people. Blankets had an odd smell. Overall it was a decent place but I wouldn’t recommend for a comfortable accommodation. I’ll look elsewhere

Good room for the price.

Bathroom was dirty, bed were uncomfortable. There was no staff during checkin process, and the automated system was having trouble issuing the keys. Had to wait for 30 minutes.

Staff was great

If you're not picky and ok with staying in an older establishment, this is a great hotel. From the outside of my building, it looked really old and dated. Same thing when walking to my room. Once inside the room, it was spotless, and large. The shower had hot water almost immediately and the room had a large TV and a fridge. The staff was VERY polite and courteous.

Fine for individual short stay with low to moderate expectations. Wouldn’t recommend for couples or long stays.

The rooms and public areas are in very poor condition. Pictures on their website are deceiving and depict rooms that look modern and well maintained which is in contrast to the actual room we stayed in. The lobby area is acceptable but the public hall carpets are stained and fraying, and the walls show damage. Outer security door does not always shut. In rooms: peeling paint in corner of bathroom, shower head looks permanently stained with grayish-blackish color (mold/mildew remnants?), shower stall outer caulking stained black (mold/mildew?), bathroom vent dented, rusting, and caked with dust. Bathroom ceiling can light very rusty. Paint is peeling in corner of bathroom wall. Toilet seat loose and missing fastener cover. Large stain (mold? mildew?) on bathroom ceiling. Poor fitting shower door, very hard to open/close, must slam hard to close fully. Housekeeping only two days per week. When extending our stay a day or two, the lobby clerk made promise to honor discounted rate but was not authorized to do so. Room rates are around the 170+ per night range and this hotel is a one-star dump and badly in need of remodeling/renovation. I would never book a room at the Granada Hotel (2515 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA ) again.

The rooms were updated and nice, but the hallways were dirty and old as was the entrance and lobby areas
-
Smelled really bad in room. Carpets were dirty and ripped. Light next to bed did not work as outlet did not work. Broken curtains rod laying on floor. Do not recommend
-
The shower was oddly shaped and shower head not very adjustable. A lot of water leaked out of the glass doors getting the floor wet. The TV had Audio Description turned on and we could not figure out how to turn it off. The remote was slow to respond to button presses.

This was my second stay at this hotel for WWDC! It still could use a little bit of updating in areas, but overall it was a very clean and enjoyable experience. I definitely will continue to stay here as long as I continue to attend WWDC!

They do not clean the rooms every day. I stayed for 2 nights and I asked for extra towels. They promised to send them to my room but they never did. You get what you pay for. I stayed in worst hotels. Overall 2-3 stars.

Several hairs in the towels and beds are very old, caused severe neck pain
