We were there for just a night to visit Great America. The manager was extremely kind and welcoming.

Clean room. Shallow walls. My room was by the elevator so a lot of commotion in the night. Bed was comfy pillows were big.

Great place to stay .

Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and the dining area was clean. A bonus was the coffee machine that ground fresh beans.

They have a small gym and small pool and small breakfast in the morning!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We stayed with our two kids, including our 17-year-old, and everyone had a great experience. The hotel made our trip even more enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

With 30 minutes left for breakfast there was nothing left. Yogurt or juice was all that was available.

I stayed over 2 weeks ago and my deposit hasn't been released. I couldnt seem to talk to anyone and all of the AI generated customer support couldnt find my previous reservation.

Clean rooms, accommodating staff, nice and polite staff. Beds were super comfortable.

It was impressive that even with carpeted floors, we heard likely every step of the person or people above us. The noise level is my only hesitation of returning to this property.

AC, Fridge and ventilator are all super noisy, not a very pleasant stay.
