My biggest concern is the parking situation. The parking lot is not big enough to provide for all guests. We were directed to park on the street and there is a need to pay the parking meters that only use quarters. The meters are free from 8pm to 8am. So I needed enough quarters for a couple hours before 8pm and I had to get up early and figure out if I could find more quarters or move my car to another parking space further away. Since the hotel is located in walking distance to the wharf, I chose to move my car to Wharf parking since we planned to be at the beach. I walked back to the hotel and when we were ready to check out, I walked my wheelie bag / large suitcase back to my car. It was workable.....but not at all convenient or ideal. It doesn't make for a relaxing morning when you want to rest and have a normal check out experience. I could have kept my car at the meter but I was all out of quarters. Otherwise the room was well enough. Limited guest services / office hours if you have any issues with your key or something like that.

Nothing I found the previous gusts hair in the shower. The air conditioner and cofee maker did not work properly. The towels were 100 years old.

There were holes in the walls and the shower the key cards quit working 3 times the mattresses are gross the lady at front desk smelled if cigarettes so bad it burnt my nostrils and the TV wouldn't work solid but she said there is nothing they can do it's the satellite company and there is no parking so crowded we had to park down the street

Location of walking distance to the boardwalk & the market/cafe is the only thing going for it Absolutely run down, dirty floors (walked barefoot & feet were black), broken furniture, fridge didn't work. No closet door, hangers, iron, or towel hooks. Super cheap, thin, bath towels. Bed was fairly comfy which was the only saving grace. Definitely not worth $250 a night & pics on the website are deceiving. I really should've taken some of my own pics but didn't. We arrived at 2:30. Office door was locked & we were ignored by front office staff who literally walked out & locked the door behind them without saying one word to us. Then we noticed a sign on the window that there's no early check in, even though I received an email from them at noon inquiring about our expected time of arrival. It was just rude behavior to be completely ignored. We know some of the hotels along the boardwalk are older & quirky, but we'll never stay here again.

Only good thing is staff maybe, kinda dingy /moldy rooms for the single bed ones. Overall clean just disappointing they dont have pictures of the those rooms specifically so be careful when booking for those rooms specifically

Location Can’t check in early

The staff is very friendly. However, the Air inside the room is not well circulated when the door is closed. The room is tidy but not super clean in some areas. Air conditioning is working but a little bit noise and the fan is not very clean. Can hear noise from neighboring rooms and cars outside. Overall, with a price, I think it is still worth it.

The location is amazing. Close to everything and very easy to access the beach and boardwalk. The beds and linens were clean, and we were able to find parking in the lot. You're paying for location here. The place itself is adequate, but the floors were gritty and dirty. There is no place to hang or dry towels or swimsuits despite being a beach town motel. There is a lot of noise and light leak from the parking lot, though the lobby does provide ear plugs if you catch them during their open hours. The pool was good for kids, but was not very clean.

Not enough parking spots for all guests. You leave to go to dinner or see a show or something and you come back and have to park in metered spots on the street.

That the hotel is close to everything No morning coffee like come on really

Updates needed everywhere. But the most is the room which is the most important! The floors were swept but dirty ,you could see the dirt and when I wiped it with a clorox it was black..I did not take off shoes at anytime. The walls needed to be washed let alone painted . The door didn't fit properly and from the inside you could see light through the frame ! There was a metal that framed the outside so that's how they get away with that one. And chain locks on the doors tells you what type of Motel this was. Not an Inn ..I would Not have even stayed there if the town wasn't sold out that night . I would have lost the money and went elsewhere!! I will Not go back there again.

There was no breakfast I hope there was no camera and microphone in the room like there has been in other hotels

I like how the location was close to a lot of the tractions. Either the boardwalk or a short ride to downtown I didn't like that. My room was right next to the swimming pool filtration so it was very loud. The lights outside are so bright that you get more light coming in your room than you do during the day. Makes it very hard to sleep. Swimming pool was very dirty in the area. Was very dirty around it. Parking was terrible The door knob on the door did not work good. Was hard to get into the room we stayed in room 19. The floor was soaking wet. When we went in and checked in my wife had to dry it for we could walk around definitely won't be back to this location for the price. The price was over $300 for one night for what it was was a joke. I was expecting to be at least a little bit nicer than what it was but my fault for booking it. Next time I will definitely go somewhere else

Nice location to walk to the pier and the Boardwalk!

Honestly I didn't like anything about it,,, to make me stay there again. Parking lot not big enough for all guest. No parking. You were forced to park on the street and pay metered parking, and sometimes we had to park two streets away. It was outdated, and wasn't clean (enough)

The location is excellent for its price. It's a completely basic accommodation and this is fine if you're not looking for a full hotel experience and intend to spend the day being out and about. The property is near everything for a getaway trip - just a 15 minute walk to downtown, a 10 minute walk to the beach and Boardwalk, and just a short drive to the West Cliff and Natural Bridges beach. The building itself could use a bit of a renovation. The flooring is damaged in some parts. It's not bad and not literally falling apart, but it seems like it has seen better days. Parking is only first-come-first-serve and can be absolutely packed at high season.
