Our favorite hotel!
-
Personal todo me gusto, ordene comida eso si no me gusto mucho, pero no creo que sea problema del restaurante mas bien mio y mis gustos.

The room was wonderful! Spacious and clean. The restaurant had great food. Friendly staff. Very relaxing stay. I love how dog friendly it is too. It’s tucked away where you feel far away but it’s actually pretty close to down town Santa Cruz and the boardwalk. We will definitely stay again!
-
I had asked that my room be cleaned and they asked what time I preferred that. I told them 10 am but nothing was ever done by 4:30 - very disappointing.
-
Room was inadequate, especially for $667 per night.
-
Stunning. Great room—big, clean, sliding door opens up to the outdoors. Exceptional view from restaurant. Nothing

Environment Old facility, need renovation.
-
It was a very clean, hospitable and relaxing resort. I will definitely be returning.

Not worth $500 a night! The place is pretty old and dated. WiFi didn’t work in our room and it’s too expensive to have WiFi issues. We couldn’t get a Lyft or uber as a result. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. At the most, this place should be $200 a night.
-
For a $700 stay we expected luxury and found the experience C- at best.
-
Staff was so friendly, super helpful and everything was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be coming back.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The only problem that I had was the spa. It was not as clean or luxurious as a highly rated spa should be. The showers and locker rooms were very old and not sparkly clean. There were no staff to help you unless you actively searched for help. Overall the staff at the front desk, the restaurant and the spa were Not friendly and helpful.

Seems like they’re selling a mediocre room at a premium price. Must be for weddings, engagements and anniversaries. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms are not. Our nearly $500 room was in the middle of a parking lot. I believe we paid extra to be at pool view. Completely unimpressed. Underwhelming.

Swimming pool and restaurant were great! Staff lovely. Appreciated the management of a loud/rude group in a cabana at the pool on Sunday lunchtime. They were awful and dealt with appropriately. Could do with a greater selection of snacks at the reception for purchase. Keep the adult pool open till 11pm at least - close the family pool at 9pm. Lots of couples there who would have appreciated that time without children around. Also, so many kids in the restaurant. Consider having family dining area so those couples who have spent a lot of money for kid free time aren’t subject to kids running around or whining at the bar. It’s on the parents, not you - but parameters will help! As above

We were there for just one night. Our room had a small patio with 2 chairs. The room itself was fine except it was very small. Being there for just one night was fine, but I wouldn’t want to stay there in that size room for longer. We ate breakfast there in the morning which was fine although the service was on the slow side. But it’s a beautiful property and worth going to.

Great property with wonderful amenities
-
Nice but large property. Pool outside room was noisy during the day. Restaurant and spa are good.
-
I wasn’t impressed by the service.
-
There was no phone in the room. Only text for request. No service connection.
-
Great for our family! Beautiful grounds and we spent so much time at the pools!
