i liked that it was right by the Beach boardwalk and it wasnt a carpeted floor.

Its only getting 3 stars because the price is so good. This place would be rated higher for me but because of the metal bed frame, paint job and noise levels were awful. Tur owners need to realize that tue metal bed frames are a horrible idea. You're going to kick tue side panels everytime you're near the bed. Thr walls are so thin that tue noise travels to the adjacent rooms. Another guest came out at 2am and yelled at someone to shut the hell up.the dark grays rooms make the room feel so small maybe a beach color would improve the feel of the place.

Proximity to beach and Cleanliness Nothing

Short walk to the boardwalk Ac was not working! Parking lot is so small, cars are so close to each other.

The location was great for walking around the Boardwalk and pier and finding places to eat. The Family Suite we had was in a quiet location at the end of a building. Staff was helpful with an electrical problem in the bedroom. Easy sign in. Owner showed us where to park. Not the greatest value. No breakfast. Motel is an older one and the furniture was too. The Family Su ite copul;d uise some sprucing up. The wooden furniture was old and scuffed up with scratches and scrapes and chips. Beds were OK.

It was ok due to the closeness to boardwalk. It was dirty inside of each room. Baseboard was filthy that the management tried to coverup using darker shades. Additionally, it smell unpleasant.

Close to the boardwalk not a long walk. Parking was at a slant so the parking spaces were crammed.

Going to the boardwalk, we stayed most of our time there. But we did use the room to rest and sleep in. Since we arrived early, they did allow us to park there for an extra fee, which we didn’t mind. The staff were very helpful as well. We were very close to the boardwalk and don’t really have anything negative to say about it. We will definitely be staying here when we return.
