Very cute Victorian house. Perfect location close to the Boardwalk. Friendly staff. Room was clean and cozy. Would stay again. Love the little balcony in the room.

I will definitely stay there next time I need lodging in the Santa Cruz area.

Very kind staff! Had a change of plans due to travel time and they let me check in early to put my stuff down and be able to rest/wash up 😭

Free parking, free refreshments in lobby, clean room, great smelling toiletries. Walking distance to beach and boardwalk, would definitely stay again.

Not what was expected. Location was 2 renovated homes and a little difficult to find. Bedding and bathroom were neat and clean but rug seemed dirty and the fabric on chair had a large stain. We had to call staff to announce our arrival and check out the next morning only required a signature on rooms list.

Super cute Victorian house. Only downside, no elevator but we still chose the top floor for privacy and large windows. Clean, free drinks, and quiet. Very cozy

When I went to check in, there was no one at the front desk, and two people getting it on in the common area. I did not feel comfortable staying here and they refused to give me a full refund. Place seemed dirty

Great location to the beach! The room and house itself were nice and clean. There was free water, pop, and snacks for guests which was nice. I didn’t have an issue but I could see if you’re claustrophobic or a bigger human the bathroom may not be ideal for you.

The Firealarm going off for hours in the middle of the night.

We stayed one night and actually own a luxury resort ourselves. Have to say this property is beyond exceptional. Everything was perfect, and frankly cheaper than our place. Ten stars out of five.

The property was good except the parking was hard. The stalls are very narrow and myself and the person next to me were having problems getting in our cars. I had to park next to some palms which made it really hard. The location is good for daytime walking but a little out of the way if you want to go to the Boardwalk and then walk home at night. See above, sorry. I loved the room! It was so peaceful and the fireplace in my room took the coldness of the morning away. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very large. It was a great room. Free water bottles, soda and snacks.

Charming, restored Victorian, keeping historical architectural touches, yet with updated facilities. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Our particular room lacked a table or desk and regular chairs, so there was nowhere to sit and organize paperwork.

The toilets get clogged in some of the rooms. This has happened over multiple times, hit or miss. We stay often. But they need to fix this One time they left a plunger by the toilet and expected us to fix it
