Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Cruz Beach

The staff was kind and helpful!

Literally a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk which was awesome to save for parking!! But the room we had faces the busy street so it was really noisy with trucks passing by in the morning and woke us up. Otherwise its a prime spot for the boardwalk! The staff was aweosme and rhe pool was nice to take a break.

The room was pretty nice, it was up-to-date, looked and felt clean. Their breakfast there was good, had a waffle maker among other things. The Woman who checked us out was genuinely warm and friendly. Good customer service. The parking situation. I had to park behind the Hotel in an alleyway and in the morning when we were checking out, we discovered that the gateway thru to the alley was closed, so I therefore had to carry all our bags and luggage down the block and around the backside.

Location imo was great, four blocks away from Boardwalk. Motel exterior was basic -- very mid-century motel, nothing fancy. The room was surprisingly upgraded, and clean. Area felt safe, well-it with other motels on corner and a large upscale hotel across the street. Staff was super friendly and patient. Staircase to second floor should probably be fixed in future. Safe, but old. Parking was a bit tight, but big gates made it feel safe.

Location was excellent Dirty, dated and breakfast consisted of a old banana, stale Cheerios and sour milk.

Easy to check in and check out. Room was clean.
