Loved it will stay again

Great location, right next to the boardwalk. Easy to get in and out for small day trips in the area.

A+ access to the beach/boardwalk.

We will always come here. We get the ocean view room with balcony and we just love it. To be able to sit out there at night and listen to water and people watch on the boardwalk. Just a neat little place. The only think I don't like is the parking. It's small but hey better than having to find parking somewhere!

The room was very clean and staff very friendly. To provide 2 refrigerators but no microwave was kind of a disappointment as we had no way to reheat food we had purchased.

This place is absolutely amazing. Very clean room that was right next to the beach. Staff was amazing too.

We did bring it up to front desk, who was sweet btw, and contacted the manager right away but per the manager , they could only offer us comp parking. We requested the shower to be cleaned and housekeeping went to the room and cleaned it shortly after.

Location and cleanliness Nothing

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, the place is conveniently across the street from the SC Beach boardwalk, arcades, sandy beach volleyball play area, many wharf restaurants just a half block away and very close to other extended beach towns, like Capitola. The pool area is small and could've been a bit warmer, but it was adequate for enjoyable swimming of the younger toddlers. The beds were very comfortable, and the property and room cleanliness was exceptional! We enjoyed the in and out parking privileges and enjoyed Roaring Camp train ride only 15 minutes away. One area of improvement would be to offer a bit more food options from the Cafe. We will visit again.

Perfect location right across the boardwalk Nothing

The location was excellent and the front office staff were really friendly and helpful. I didn't appreciate having to pay for parking, this should have been a benefit of choosing the hotel. The room was not regularly cleaned without us requesting it. The beds were tiny for people sharing.

Exceptional

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived 45 minutes early and still wasn’t at 4. Would have been nice to have been out in a room with a balcony. Water pressure in shower wasn’t great and the pool was small and I’m kinda a weird boxy secluded space.
