Room was fine, the view was very good and the room was cleaned every day without fail Dining is all in one big restaurant much like school dinners and is a buffet

Family hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant were good, plenty of choices are available. Location is also good. Friendly staff. Bad isolation. You could hear anything, some of the guests were a bit noisy (moving furniture at midnight, speaking loudly at the corridors at night etc.). you could hear the parties till 02:00, saw a few ants in the room. Lifts are small, don't make you feel safe. Though we paid for all inclusive stay the water in the rooms was not provided (only first day is provided by hotel). We had to buy water for the room from the market. (or you need to fill in a bottle from the restaurant) You have to pay for the beach towel replacement. Pool is very small, snack bar too. No separate place to change swimming suits. Needs some maintenance. A few people fell down the stairs near the pool. Tiles around the pool are slippery. Sea water is not always clear, most of the time it was blurry.

Pools not cleaned Cleaness could be better Rooms are quite old

Staff went above and beyond and they are all very kind. Room was clean and and very spacious. Showers with good pressure hot water. We had the all inclusive, so Breakfast lunch and dinner had many options and everyday a different chef special. Included Local beer and liquor were ok. Location is very good, steps from the beach. Although you see sun beds on the beach sand they are not from the hotel, they are for rent.

The room we received this time was a little bit small, but still comfortable, so it was not a problem for us. We also really appreciate the evening program — it creates a lovely atmosphere where children can have fun together with their parents. We especially enjoyed the cinema as well. Overall, we had a great experience once again, and we are sure that we will come back in the future. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we were satisfied with the service. However, we would like to share a small suggestion regarding breakfast. It might be beneficial to offer a bit more variety from day to day. At the moment, the only item that changes is the potatoes, while the rest of the menu remains the same. Additionally, since the hotel opens in May, it could be helpful to consider adding a heater to the kids’ pool. The water is still quite cold during this period, and a heated pool would allow children to enjoy it much more. Thank you for your attention, and we appreciate the effort your team puts into creating a comfortable experience for guests.

Location. Facilities need refurbishment for a 4*hotel.

Location was good, nice grounds. The Halloween decorations throughout the hotel and the squid games theme was overpowering and a little over the top. I was traveling with my 16 year old son and was allocated a double bed, which was unacceptable. I assumed the beds could be separated but sadly not in this instance. When questioned with reception, I was offered another room if I paid which I begrudgingly agreed to, but the only available room was an adjoining room with a door to the other room, plus I would’ve lost a better balcony, so decided that it wasn’t worth paying to move. The other thing that I didn’t love was the canteen style restaurant. The food itself was ok as I ate a lot from the salad bar, but the set up of the room food and drink wasn’t what I’d call 4 star.

The hotel is located near the sea, with beautiful views. Pleasant staff. The hotel administration gives pleasant gifts, they gave us three days all inclusive. The rooms need to be updated and the food options need to be diversified a bit.

We wanted the east coast and the area north of Santa Eularia so location was great for us. Es Canar is less busy and more chilled than other parts of the island and you can easily access the Hippy Market, Santa Eulària and with a car the whole island. The hotel was sea front with a nice pool area and easy access to the sea, and nice restaurants and beach bars. Our room faced east overlooking the sea and the sun rises were amazing. Room was nice with a simple contemporary decor. The booking included half board and the food was ok, a bit limited for me as a vegetarian. Most of the staff were welcoming and pleasant, others not so much. Limited food choice for vegetarians. Some of the staff in the restaurant were less than polite. Parking is not easily available close to the hotel but there is a car park where you can park a short walk away for an additional fee.

Nice swimming pool, good amenities Poorly soundproof rooms, you can hear anything. Also cleaning starts very early, before 9am and it’s very loud. Was promised double bed, got twin.

The room was nice and clean. Food is ok. The staff was somewhat rude — they entered our rooms without our consent before the checkout time and spoke without respecting our privacy. Checkout is at 10:30, which is already inconvenient, but they started pressuring us to leave as early as 10:00, calling the room and entering without permission, all before the agreed time. We were given twin rooms despite paying for doubles, and no alternative was offered. The parking is outdoors, in an open-air lot, and you have to pay for it even as a hotel guest.

It’s perfect for kids. Lots of things for them to do and the staff is wonderful with the kids.

?️ The food was excellent, truly 10/10 in flavour. ? Free refill of soft drinks in the restaurant is a nice touch. ? Good location, right on the beach (not the best beach, but still convenient). ? It’s great that you can leave your luggage after checkout. ? Bathroom smelled bad daily and the toilet had a horrible smell when opening the lid ? The fire alarm went off two nights in a row at 3 a.m. and staff at reception gave no explanation ? The luggage room can be easily opened, anyone could walk in. Big security issue ? Cleaning service starts around 9 a.m. and wakes you up ? Entertainment is poor, no adult-themed nights or proper evening shows ? All-inclusive doesn’t cover wine, non-alcoholic beer or even water at the snack bar ? €1 plastic tax per person, even if you’re all-inclusive. Feels absurd

I was quite disappointed with several aspects of our stay, particularly regarding cleanliness and service. Many of the plates and forks were visibly stained, which raised concerns about hygiene. The room cleaning was subpar; towels were not replaced even when left on the floor but simply folded and reused. Additionally, bed linens were not changed throughout our stay. I later discovered a note beside the bed stating that guests must place a card on the bed to request a sheet change — something that was never communicated to us at check-in. As a result, our sheets were never refreshed, which was very disappointing. Although our stay was all-inclusive, beach towels were only provided on the first day. Any request for clean towels required an additional charge of €2 each time. While the cost is minor, the repeated requests and extra charges felt unnecessary and inconvenient, especially for guests who paid for an all-inclusive package. Similarly, we were charged €1 per person for drinks upon first order — another cost that should be included upfront to avoid such awkward interactions. In terms of meals, lunch was particularly underwhelming, lacking quality protein options and resembling more of a canteen than a 4-star hotel experience. Dinner was somewhat better, though repetitive, with limited variety and no beef options throughout our 7-night stay. Cocktails were dispensed from a machine, and no branded alcoholic beverages were included in the all-inclusive package. Guests were required to pay an additional fee for branded options, which was inconvenient and did not align with the expectations of an all-inclusive experience. Lastly, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the advertised kids’ animation program, which turned out to be very poor and unengaging compared to what was promoted online. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and I believe more transparent communication and better service would significantly improve guest satisfaction.
