The location, the half sea view we got though we booked full sea view. The stuff are amazing The communication with the hotel , was very hard to reach them and do an upgrade as I did a small mistake while booking. Also, there is a disaster called room cleaning service, for 4 nights we complaint from level of cleaning of the room and still same everyday. They don’t change towels, they just arrange the bed, they don’t change the bed sheets the floors are left as is and all coffee glasses not cleaned.

No pude haber tenido peor experiences, la habitación olia horrible. Nos cambiaron para otra que olia igual, es carísimo estaba buscando un hotel 5 estrellas para tener una Atencion excepcional en una ocasión especial, el staff no pudo darnos un peor servicio. Una perdida total de dinero

The staff, specially the Guest Experience Team were the most welcoming and nice team / service I have ever met. We traveled with our cat, a 15 year old cat and they were the nicest ever to her and always asking if she was ok and if she needed anything. We also had some technical issues with our first room and they took care of it super fast and changed us to another room very fast. Overall it was a fantastic experience / trip and the main reason was the guest experience team!!

Great accommodation and amenities and right on the beach Lots of mosquitos so it would have been nice if they offered repellent.

The facilities and guest services is amazing The person at the reception and his attempt to tell us book direct and get a better price when booking.com was offering better

Location and facilities were fantastic. Service overall can be improved. Pool service and front desk lacked in high level.

The room was very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff did a great job picking up the room everyday. The view from both of the pools was stunning. The ground pool was heated which allowed for some great nighttime swims but they were almost always out of pool towels before the sunset even came . There was access to a pretty good beach which was nice. The rooftop pool was really cold in late May so I wish it was heated so we could have experienced it more. The nearby town wasn’t very good for shopping and there were only a couple of good food spots.

Amazing location on the water with beautiful pools and grounds. Beautiful breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. What a shame it was completely spoiled for me by the constant loud music everywhere. Constant blaring music with a heavy disco beat everywhere nearly all the time ...even at breakfast! Annoying bright lights flashed on automatically when using the toilet; awful at night and no way to turn them off. Overhead rain shower with not enough pressure so water dribbled out. What a disappointment since the location and grounds and general facilities are spectacular. Turn off the blaring music, ditch the toilet interrogation lights and provide a decent shower experience and you would have a five star experience. As is it wasn't for me.

The staff were put in an impossible situation and were embarrassed by the fact the fact that the hotel had no functioning bars. The staff were brilliant. Most advertised facilities were closed including restaurants and bars. The normal breakfast area was also turned into a building site for a private event. Pool and pool area un-usable (broken glass, towels in pool). Totally misleading information and a 1 start hotel at best.
