Very nice stay. Hotel is clean.

Great location and beautiful property. Awesome bar and nightclub on property. Relaxing pool area. Hot tub needs a refresh. Mini fridges not in every room.
-
Negative: One of the ladies at the front desk was rude. A/C was meh. Noticeable difference from the hallway to the room in terms of air quality. Room was very humid in comparison.

The pool and bar combo were awesome!

Place was lovely. We were charged a $25 amenity fee for each room. We did not realize when we booked on Expedia there would be this extra charge. When we inquired what it was for they said, parking and use of the pool/jacuzzi. Because we checked in around 8pm and since we had not yet had dinner we were unable to use the pool as it closed at 10:00. We also couldn’t use it in the morning because it did not open until 9:00am and we checked out at 7:45 to get to a business meeting. We only had one car yet parking was part of reason for the amenity fee for each of our three rooms. The pool looked lovely but wasn’t usable for us.

Our room was clean however the common areas could have used a vacuum here and there. The check in staff could be a little friendlier. There is only one ice machine and no fridge in our room and also not many vending machine options so plan on bringing your own snacks and drinks and a cooler.

We were in a room we had never been in before.the lighting was poor. But it decent overall. Staff is wonderful, as always.

The hotel was gorgeous though and very accommodating to have a dog travelling with you.

2. Air conditioner would not stay on. 3. When returning from night out key would not work The night Front Desk person reissued three times a new card and still did not work good thing. One of our guest was still in the room. Had to wake them up. After one hour of attempting a new card. Tried a new key the next morning and STILL did not work luckily we still had one of the two issued cards Worked. 4. At the pool area there was a dry sauna could not get it to work. 5. elevator took a long time to close. 6. We had four guests and two towels in bathroom to start.

Cons- No mini fridge or microwave.
-
The property is dated and it would be nice to have it returned to its past. An updated restaurant menu would also be helpful. Pool area still a good attraction. Front desk staff very helpful

Hot tub and pool were nice, bar by the pool, decor was beautiful

Clean room great staff nice location very helpful people

Also on saturdays there are often concerts, some lasting til 1:30 am. Just make sure you aren’t in a room close to the venue as it was super loud in the lobby and adjacent rooms
-
Hotel room was very dark with minimal lighting and only a small window with no view. There were dead Beatles on the floor. There was no regular coffee pods for the coffee machine and one of the coffee cups had trash in it.There was no full length mirror.
-
Only one ice maker available for a very large property made this stay less than 5 stars. Best tip, ask for extra pillows. They are very soft and there are only two on each bed.
-
Pool looked clean the bar needs extra staff but the bar tender had a good attitude. He needs help.

We found that the AC unit was pretty loud and not very good at cooling the whole room. Not much ventilation in the bathroom so the room got super humid on top of warm after. Had issues with the WiFi and the phone wasn’t hooked up in our room. DirecTV would intermittently work but probably worked 75% of the time. We didn’t use many of the amenities due to being out and about during the day and checking out super early the morning we left. Not sure I would get a room here again, but perhaps if we had used more amenities, that may have changed my mind.

Appreciated the room size and comfortable beds.

Way overpriced for what you receive. They rent the pool out on day passes and had a for fee pool party. The rooms had no microwave or refrigerator and the shower water pressure was awful. Do not charge a premium price and not deliver premium services.
