I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and it’s always great. Clean, comfortable and close to everything in downtown Santa Fe. I always stay here

Nice, clean hotel and excellent location to stores and activities in downtown Santa Fe. A diamond in the rough. Will stay there again.

Clean room . Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is included and is perfect to start your day meal. They have free shuttle to old town/ downtown Santa Fe. This is a really good location ( a step away from Whole Food Supermarket)

2. Our room we stayed in was clean except the floor. We spilled water on the floor and when we wiped it up, the paper towel was very dirty, like the floor was not properly mopped.
-
The pool was closed and the staff was very short handed

Nice easy stay

The staff at check-in was rude and did not provide any real customer service. The place noisy even late I to the evening. This is the second time I’ve stayed and did not have a good experience.

Love the outdoor exits, close to restaurants, breakfast was good and room clean.

I was very disappointed; my husband and I stayed here in 2022. We were really looking forward to coming back to this place. It has seriously declined. There was hair in the bed; holes in walls, the bathroom door was rotten and falling apart. It has a great price for the location however we will not be returning. There was no transition in the door from bedroom to bathroom.

Beautiful place. Only issue we had was a weaker blocking the entrance when we arrived for check in late night

We were not anticipating a band. They were loud and right across street from our room. They stopped playing around 9:30. The party in the parking lot went on hours after that. Earlier in the evening, we went to the lobby for a cocktail and appetizers. The bartender was overwhelmed. Food was cold. Mold around the bathtub and on the ceiling. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Shuttle was nice but anticipate not being on schedule. Staff was helpful.

Will stay here again!

Luckily only about 30 minutes later room was ready. They gave us a free water for our trouble. We had a lot of luggage and the buildings are 2 floors each, no elevators so a bit of a slog to get everything up. Telephone light blinking so called to ask but they don't know how to access voicemail & said to ignore? Checked again next day-got info but incorrect but figured it out & told desk for future. Rooms are nice but wow - carpet is FILTHY! Needed socks the entire stay or my feet were black. Beds were comfy and shower pressure good, with nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Overhead lighting VERY weak and with curtains/shade open, folks can see right in. Sheers needed on the windows. TV had great cable channel selection so very nice. Breakfast was great! Big selection & the staff kept it stocked. The bar/restaurant was good. Didn't try food but had nice cocktails, entertainment almost nightly - very nice! Pool and exercise rooms really small for this size property. Parking easy.

It took FOREVER to check in. The self check in wasn’t working. The rooms felt humid. Long line for breakfast so we skipped. Overpriced for what you get. Would pay more to stay at a nicer place next time.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very hospitable.

The walls must be pretty thin or not well-insulated. I woke up on several different occasions to people yelling outside or people squealing across the floor above us. But the staff was helpful, the air conditioning worked well, and my husband enjoyed the live music down at the restaurant. All in all, a decent stay.

Cute older hotel that's been updated. The room was clean but bathrooms were definitely older and we could hear the upstairs neighbor just walking around. Beds were comfortable and AC kept up with June heat though it was loud. Ample parking. Breakfast was typical continental but tasty. Close to the Plaza and they have a shuttle that will take you there as well. Pool was down during our visit. They have laundry facilities which we didn't utilize but always a bonus with kids.

We chose this place just to get a night of sleep and be close to downtown. They did a great job with updating the property. We were able to enjoy the nightly show from the room. Great price for the room.
