Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe

Didn’t Like: Adjoining room had guests who talked loudly from midnight to 6AM and when I called management they told me it would stop - and it did, for a total of 15 minutes.

Breakfast selection was decent. Staff very nice and helpful.

Just ok for one night.

Our stay was great! Front desk staff were very friendly and room was cozy. Furniture is very outdated which gives it an old look to the room. Couple of things, dryer didn’t dry well which they have a note placed there. Only one remote for two TV’s. Staff in the morning were not helpful and seemed as if bothered when asked a question. Overall, I’d stay again bc the bed was cozy and room was spacious.

The staff was kind upon check in. The breakfast was tasty. Parking was convenient. The room was a little hot and stuffy even with the AC going. The bubbles didn’t work in the hot tub

I loved the staff and indoor pool. The breakfast was good too. The air conditioner rattled and I had to turn it off. There was also some black stains on the linens.

This is a great location, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. All for a comfortable price. People standing outside the door smoking. This shouldn’t be allowed.

Clean and beds were good. Area it was in was not my favorite. It took forever done the halls to get to the rooms.

Great place to stay. I will be back

Overall we had a really nice stay. The room was a little dark and laundry facilities a bit limited, they could do with adding a second washer and drier.
