Because I was staying longer than 1 week and because the first room I was given faced a wall, I asked for another room at initial check in. The second room faced incredibly bright lights. The second day of my stay I requested a room that did not face those bright lights. The general manager refused my request. I was disappointed that because I booked through hotels.com I could not earn Wyndam Points for my stay according to the front desk personnel. The refrigerator in my room made a loud rattling noise and I asked for maintenance to check it out. But nothing happened and I had to put up w the noise.

Pool closed. I got a room for handicapped and the low closet rod left all my dresses hanging on floor. No room cleaner for an eight day stay. Needed garbage and litter men service.

Location It was old and worn out. Definitely needs an upgrade. I expected more from a Ramada Inn

oh my, where to begin. Ramada should re-evaluate this property; its very old, worn down, sad, tired, and disappointing. But, it was a BUSY Saturday night in Santa Fe and this was only avail room. The $100 damage hold was first warning - highest I encountered in my entire 28 day trip. Furniture damaged & worn, entire room/bed/sink just tired & overused. "Breakfast" was simply awful - brown water with grounds in for coffee, barest minimum of anything else. Walked out. Check out clerk was lovely, doing her best.

pizza for breakfast wasn't expected. They had boiled eggs. Coffee was good! The room wasn't cleaned. But they gave me another room that had the beds made and clean.

A employee named Pete at the front desk was very disrespectful and rude. He behaved in a dismissive was and could use a lesson on courtesy and attentive professionalism in hospitality. Many guests had issues with their room key not working when trying to enter through the back door of the building. A lot of artists that come to Indian Market are elderly and had to resort to walking all the way around the building to enter the motel. Pete showed no sympathy for this issue and spoke in a dismissive attitude to guests. I expect the motel staff to treat guests with basic polite service we who that bring business to the town of Santa Fe during this time.

Beds were worn out. Furniture was stained and torn. Small fitness area. Breakfast was awful. Who serves frozen pizza for breakfast?

Beautiful hotel, close to shopping, good value for the money I liked everything, plan to. Ok all of my trips with this hotel chain

Lower price than some similar hotels. Dog friendly. No notice that rooms are not cleaned until three days. Pool still not opened. Bath tub bottom sinks in.

Very convenient location, not hard to find. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast needs to be upgraded such as scrambled eggs, toast, muffins fruit. I’m not much of a hard boiled egg person nor cereal

We chose this place because the pricing was reasonable and it included breakfast and pool. When we checked in we were told the pool could not be used. Being that this was one of the reasons we chose this place, it was a let down that we did not know of this sooner, we were planning on ending our nights in the pool and that was out of the question. When we got into the room we realized the sink was clogged, the staff came next day and fixed the clogged which was great and they were very professional about it. We then realized the shower was also clogged and we were showering in a pool of water. Overall the room was comfortable and the staff was nice and professional.

Good location and parking. Breakfast is okay. Bathrooms are in need of major upgrade. Shower was pathetic. Rooms facing the street are very noisy. Pool is closed indefinitely. We requested a quieter room and they refused. I expected more from Ramada.

Basic room. Coffee pot didn’t work and was full of old stagnant water. Was notified at checking that there were renovations underway and the pool was not available for use. That was disappointing for a July trip. It was fine since I was just passing through. All in all it’s a decent location and clean enough.
