Most underrated hotel in Santa Fe! Stayed here on 2 separate occasions for work trips. If I go back to Santa Fe I’ll stay here again.

The price was great, our room was not updated as the pictures show and a history of a smoker due to the stale but faint smoke smell in the room. Breakfast was good and staff were wonderful. Feel it was a good value.

Nice renovated facility. Lots of art and images of the southwest in the hallways. Included breakfast was adequate. My real only peeve was that my room wasn't ready, and I had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby, to then see the staff check-in a walk-in guest ahead of me.

Property advertises including transportation in the shuttle in the stay. When I called to get the shuttle the first time, my ride got canceled and the front desk did not notify me, additionally there was not anyone continuously at the desk. Breakfast was solid. Good burritos. A little further from the plaza than I would have liked but overall mediocre stay. Would be better with more cleanliness and consistency of access to ride as described and as I paid extra for. Niko at the front desk was very kind and awesome!

Friendly staff. Good breakfast The room. Window was old, light from outside came into room, no way to have anything but blackout shade so no natural light. Not great sitting areas outside room.

Everything was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a gentleman preparing fresh "large" breakfast burritos! Not an extensive selection but nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.
