I really like the look, and functionality of the hotel. The food provided was good and much appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel mailed back my husband Bose headphones and a sleep mask he left at the hotel. I paid the cost which was reasonable and they were returned via U.P.S. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I have family in the Santa Fe area.

Great food, staff was excellent, the room was beautiful with a balcony. we had a great stay and would recommend it as the best hotel in Santa Fe.

Thank you for a great stay

Comfortable hotel with nice amenities and a relaxed vibe a short walk from the Plaza. OK breakfast (scrambled eggs/potatoes/sausage) tacos on offer every day, or waffles or oatmeal. A bit repetitive, but free. Light dinner fixings also available free for a time in the evening — nice to have that option if you’re taking the shuttle to the Opera.

Location convenient and food was fabulous. My first stay at a Drury hotel and I will return.

Drury Hotels have a wonderful breakfast available to all as well as a 530 meal. it makes it so easy in that you do not have to go to an expensive restaurant. This hotel was within walking distance to the Indian market which was another plus. The room was available early and had been cleaned well. Staff were always helpful.

Our room was never cleaned. Is it because we booked through Expedia? I always find they treat you differently when you book through Expedia. Rooms rarely get cleaned. We were out 1 day for 8 hours. Returned room not touched. Breakfast not great. For goodness sake stop with the disposable plates, cups etc. Have option for crockery. And we came back 1 day to have lunch on site. Nothing available but a snack room. Do better!

The pool and hot tub need repairs and looked depressing. The pool towels were tiny. The breakfast had a lot of food but didn’t taste good, more like cafeteria food. The happy hour was the same, lots of food but nothing that tasted good, even the wine was terrible and I am not a picky person.
-
The room was very clean with a large bathroom and very quiet. The hotel was very conveniently located not far from the town centre and shops.
-
Best hotel in the area, right price, good food included for breakfast and dinner, perfect location near plaza and St. Francis Cathedral.
-
The kitchen was just finger food no real restaurant. Pool was small breakfast and snack hour was good the room we had was ok not what I thought I reserved

We have stayed there multiple times and always enjoyed our stays.

We enjoy that the Drury is near the Santa Fe Plaza. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Santa Fe.
-
Excellent location for walking to the Plaza! Quiet neighborhood, nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommend !

Another great perk is the cocktail hour from 5:30 PM to 7 PM each day with free drinks and free food. In addition it’s very convenient to have free breakfast every day from roughly 7 AM to 10 AM. I can’t say enough about this great Hotel, thank you, Dr. Thayer

Nice property

Decor was uninteresting in such an interesting city. There was no lotion in the bathroom and no glassware or mugs. There were plastic and paper cups instead which is tacky for a room that cost over $400/night. The staff were ok but seemed a bit unconcerned overall. The valet was good and the breakfast was very nice.
