Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was great! Outside dining for breakfast was lovely. Pool area peaceful and pretty! Great location, too! Loved our stay here!

Loved staying here. Great amenities right on site to just stay and enjoy a relaxing day at the pool. Quick easy access to town for shopping and other restaurants.

Exceptional

We would have loved coffee in room at that price or some way to make tea or coffee. Bathtub made a strange noise all night long. It sounded like something was gurgling. Overall room was clean and enjoyed pool but was a bit tricky with no changing area.

Awesome new pool

Location is great. Turns out they are closing for renovation in December 2026.
-
Spa session very, very excellent. Convince to shopping. Thought the room furnishing were very well wore, carpeting at elevator was torn and dirty. Had to call hotel manager at 10pm regarding loud barking dog.

Location was fantastic. 2 minutes walking distance from Santa Fe square. Classy hotel. Very beautiful. Good food. I don't like Booking.com. They NEVER responded to ANY of my email inquires. I made this booking 6 months in advance, and not ONCE did they return ANY of my emails. I wanted to EXTEND my stay by several days (and l had other questions). Booking.com NEVER got back to me. I ended up having to call the hotel directly on my own to answer my questions and reserve the room for several more days. VERY disappointing. I won't be using Booking.com again.

A beautiful and peaceful oasis in sunny Santa Fe! The Loretto Inn and Spa has all the amentities you could ever want - a great restaurant, spa, pool, and shops - but still feels cozy and personal. The Living Room is one of the best hotel lounges ever, and the rooms are cool and comfortable.

Great place to stay. Spa experience and restaurant was 5 star
