Room was super clean n nice. Great location to stores n restaurants.

The bed was dipped in the middle. The facility is dated. But we just need a room for the night, so it was sufficient for the price.

A good location

I want a refund or half of a refund i stayed in 127 and am unhappy about the experience. Walking into the building there is a strong piss odor in the halways. Inspection of the bed showed the sheets to be dirty or stained forcing us to sleep on top of the covers fully dressed to bed. The ice machine was not working. And then there was the crakheads walking around outside making it very uncomfortable to stay there. I took plenty of pictures.

They have a bug infestation. I checked in on 8/14 around 9:30 pm--we had driven 8 + hours and just wanted some rest. Unfortunately, there were bugs on the windows, ceiling, curtains, bed and then they started flying all over. I took videos. We immediately contacted Expedia to help us find another hotel--by this time it was around 10:30 pm. They couldn't help us with that. They eventually talked to the front desk and reimbursed us & offered us $100 points for the inconvenience. The Expedia rep told us we could use it on our next stay So we desperately looked for another hotel which was $300 more. We tried applying the $100 points but we couldn't because it takes a few days for the points to show up on your account. By this time, we were tired and opted to deal with that later by contacting Expedia customer service. Customer ("Supervisor" Siddharth) service refused to let us apply the points to our stay. I've reported Expedia and this hotel to BBB and working on reporting them for the health code violation of a bug infestation. Why would you list this hotel? It's unacceptable and a health hazard.

If we weren’t on the street side, listening to motorcycles during the the night, it would’ve been perfection. And if the TV worked in one of the two rooms that I had that would’ve been better.
-
It used to be a Quilty Inn. It’s carpeted. Dirty if you’re barefoot. Fridge did not work. Homeless people kept coming in and out.

It was okay, bathtub kept clogging up ⁹ when

The room Garbage everywhere outside. Staff did not work with me on partial refund for missing one night

For a low budget motel is really not bad. The room was fairly clean, no bugs and sheets and blankets appeared clean. For a dog friendly motel they should provide a space for dogs outside. The pool was closed, not filled and it was quite messy.. All in all worth the money but if you are looking for something more you'll need to spend the extra cash and go somewhere else

We got there and immediately you can tell it is very very outdated. Got our room and walking down the hallway it smelt like pee and the carpet was very very dirty and grime filled. When we arrived to our room it smelt overwhelmingly like bleach but also pee at the same time. Checked the bedding and it looked as if the sheets hadn’t been changed. They were stained and the mattress was also stained and dirty. The lock on the door didn’t work and we felt unsafe staying here. We immediately told the front desk person we were not going to be staying here and left.

Convenient location for shopping

Asked to have flashing LED light changed..... guess....never happened. Bath sink would back up after running long enough to get hot water. Pillows had strange lumpy filling. The refrigerator not secured or balanced - open door and frig tried to fall forward. Paid $80.00 through Expedia. Probably right for Santa Fe this weekend but NEXT weekend is special for a Santa Fe event and rate will be $300.00 per night!!! WHAT A RIPOFF THIS ROOM WOULD BE AT THAT RATE!!!!!

There were 2 of us in the room and we were only given one set of towels even after we talked to the maid and she said she would put some in our room. Just an older property and the room smelled like smoke.
-
The rooms were clean. The atmosphere felt unsafe and shady. If you need a room in a pinch for under $100 this will work. Do not take kids.
-
Clean and quiet…all we needed. You can tell they care. Seems like they have maintenance and improvement projects going on. Bottom line, we felt sale and comfortable.
