Motel 6 Santa Fe

Motel help was not helpful. I left a bag in hotel room, the front office refused helping me get bag.

Very disappointed, we paid for two beds and end up with one full size. AC wasn't working properly and so hot in room. Very noisy neighbors....the whole stay was not pleasant at all

The night time staff was completely rude and disrespectful towards me when I believed I had grabbed an old motel room key instead of the correct one for that day. The room was completely stained and gross with whatever the previous renter had splattered around the entire room. From the shower to the sink all the way to the front door even. One of the maids were completely disrespectful and snobby while I was trying to tell her I was extending my stay the 1st day. Gave me the side eye and mean glares for trying to get her attention after she banged on my door and then proceeded to just walk away and down 4-5 rooms without allowing me to get to the door to answer her 45 mins before it was check out. Do not recommend. The people just walking and roaming around the motels property’s were far far more polite and kind than any of the staff at this motel. One maid was always very kind the others beyond rude and disrespectful towards renters. NEED NEW STAFF AND KINDER EMPLOYEES!!

Tons of homeless people hanging outside the motel. Had to ask them to move to use the staircase to get to my room. They played music on thsir boombox and hit on the outer walls of the building by my room all night. Pretty sketchy scene. Also watch your cars! Many people out there scoping vehicles. Room was clean-ish and old. Sheets seemed washed but stained. Told the staff about my encounter while staying on the property upon check-in and check-out. Staff said police have been notified several times, but never do anything. Overall, it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good either. Stay at your own risk.

There was a swat situation, our 1 room filthy, fire extinguisher have no inspection date or signatures. Railing on send floor falling apart

The room smelled like dirty feet and bleach, but otherwise was pleasant enough.

Don’t stay here, there are homeless people and drug addicts all around the property. I checked in for about an hour and checked right back out. There was no refund because I already checked in. I wasted my money on this hotel, and it was worth it to me to find a safer place to stay. That’s how bad it was.

The staff was great. I don’t believe it’s a good place for young children with all the activity that goes on day and night.
