Everything was to my standard. I enjoyed it and will definitely recommend this resort to others

The food, pools and beach. The room was not cleaned properly, filled with mosquitoes and cockroaches.

Good location and price Lots fly and bites , they need a fly catcher entrance room every time door opens they come and don’t let you sleep buzzing noise and bites all over. Also food needs some spice in it and would be good to have island fruits.

The beach I didn't like everything about the hotel. Every day was a bad surprise. First of all, we don't have the information about what's included or not with "The Level" thing, on the Booking and when we arrive at the hotel. Sometimes we wait to much time to have dinner. The staff give us diferent informations. The hotel transfers is to much expensive than a taxi and we found out on the last day because one member of the staff told us. It is difficult to have towels for use at the pool or on the beach as well as in the rooms. We were entitled to a room closest to the beach, a robe, and slippers, but they weren't provided. Rooms are only cleaned every two days. We were entitled to a bathtub, but our room didn't have one, only a shower that was clogged with other guests' hair. The exclusive poolside lunch for The Level guests is of poor quality and consists only of snacks. We were banned from entering the restaurant for dinner on our first night because we were wearing flip-flops. We weren't informed of a dress code before leaving our country so we could comply with the restaurant's rules. This hotel doesn't meet the standards of a 5-star and isn't worth the all-inclusive rate. We saw many guests complaining, dissatisfied with everything. I don't recommend anyone coming to this disgraceful hotel, even with children.

Didn't like the price through booking. Lot's of people there had much more for less money.

Good location. Beautiful beach. Room Extremely dirty. Cutlery dirty. Room infested with ants - no support given. Outbuildings dirty. Never any towels available.

Wonderful stuff and great place for vacation, you don't need to think about kids, they can play with lots of activities , and enjoy our relaxing time Check in time long and need to carry out the luggage by hand to walk long street

Location cleaneless Food

The facilities were great and the staff were lovely, very close to the beach and not far from the main town The music for the entertainment by the pool was very loud for those who did not want to be involved. Even though we were the other side from the activity it was still disturbing. I appreciate that other people were enjoying it in that are but it should be slightly lower volume

There were numerous pools Poor service, poor food. What is advertised is not there. No yoga, no ice cream bar, no snacks or fruit as far as the eye can see besides breakfast, lunch, dinner, mainly drinks (a lot of alcohol being served at all the pool bars) not even cups or nuts can be bought. Unclear and very little information from people working about schedules and restaurants. Hard to access beach and restaurants as hotel is huge and sprawls away from beach lengthily.

Very kind, especially Josimara who was very genuine with us. Wifi was not good , we couldn’t get reservations for the restaurants

Nice resort by the beach in Sal. Nice pools and beach bars and nice facilities for kids Too pricey for what the offers. Rooms were not even a 3 stars. Buffet low quality. Also we spent last day but otherwise this is not the nicest area in Santa Maria, the main city is far (3/4km) while that part is the nicest with nice beach to swim and nice bars and restaurants where to see the real Cape Verde

Large area. Choice of pools were very good. I liked the food in the main restaurant buffet. I ate at two different a la carte restaurant as well but still thinks that the buffet was the best. I liked the crew who were friendly and helped if needed but I have to say that I did not need much help :) Rooms were clean and cleaned very well. It needs few upgrades. Do not get me wrong. The pools were great but for example the tiles are missing from some places. It does not annoy swimming but does not look hard thing to fix as well. Choice of beers in all inclusive should be bigger :) i do not like that they did not replay to my message I sent a week before arrival via Booking.
