Great quality food at good prices available on site. The hostel area is beautiful and there are many spaces for people to spread out and relax. The music going through the entire day was annoying because I would have liked to hear wildlife (kind of the point of coming out into the jungle!). More information about how to get to the hostel would be very helpful (I.e. the bus, which bus stop to get off at, describing that you need to cross the river to walk (15 mins) or there will be moto taxi available.

I really liked the layout and the potential it has for customization. The spaces feel very adaptable to my personal style. The customer service and the lack of arrival information were very disappointing. I told them in advance that I was arriving after 7:00 PM, but when I declined their expensive private transfer (180,000 COP), they refused to provide any alternative public transportation routes. The property requires a 15-minute walk through an unpaved path and crossing a small river, which is very difficult at night because the signs are invisible in the dark. When I contacted reception because I was lost, had no signal, and couldn't see the way, the staff was completely unhelpful and dismissive. I got lost multiple times in the dark. It genuinely felt like the receptionist didn't care at all about my safety or whether I arrived or not.

The property is beautiful and there are many places to chill out or socialise. Outdoor showers and bathrooms. Pool table, bar, 2 different restaurants, free drinking water. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. They organise beer pong etc in the hostel. Ricardo at the reception was really friendly. It’s dangerous! I was sitting at the other end of the terrace near the pool and there were around 10 people at the other end. Suddenly the wooden pillars and the one part of the terrace collapsed and all the people there fell down a couple of meters! Fortunately no one got hurt really badly but it could’ve been worse. After that I was so scared to sleep in my dorm because it’s also build the same way. Everything’s holding on to some wooden pillars in a muddy ground. If it could happen in the terrace, it can happen anywhere in the property. I really hope that they will renovate the place and take care that this will never happen again. Someone could’ve hurt really badly or even worse..

Yulieth makes the best bread!!! I’m not sure if they provide towels, make sure you bring one to use in the pool and shower.

A great place for sunset and to be in the jungle, very social and a fun pool! It was really difficult to walk to, had to go through 3 streams and so I don’t recommend bringing more than a backpack.

Great, cosy vibe! Right in the middle of the jungle.

I liked how it was nestled right in the jungle. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. If you don't know Spanish very well like myself, Ricardo a very friendly staff member spoke fluent English, and so it makes for easier communication If you had questions to ask. Super great guy made the stay much more pleasant, highly recommend checking this hostel out!

At some point the water was out for a bit. However, they fixed it quickly.

The place is full of common areas (pool, swimming pool, table tennis), chill area, reading area) Vibe is cool, it's a mid size hostel and there are often activities in the evening The view is amazing, you're really in the middle of the Jungle! It's super clean and we'll maintained There is no common kitchen so it's not the most budget friendly place - food here is really good though You need bus/bike to get to the entrance of the park

Property and location were great and beautiful!

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

Music was too loud and doesn't match the vibe of this place. Honestly, the music was terrible and it was the only annoying thing about this place.

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

Perfectly located, amount of space, things to do (or not do). This place is beautiful, the staff is amazing. 10/10 recommend Nothing
