The room, staff and location The glass door and walls of the bathroom . It would have been nice to have free coffee restocked in the room every day.

Basically a perfect stay. Can’t fault anything major and would 100% stay again, which is all you can say. Location, room standard and staff were 10/10. The breakfast is excellent and extremely affordable. Some towel hooks in the room, or anywhere to dry your towels easily (room 505). It’s also a bit annoying that the room air con is centrally controlled by reception but they were super helpful getting it turned on for us to then use at the temp we wanted :)

I stayed here for the recent solar eclipse. I loved the attention to detail. A hand written note and to top it off they had provided a pair of solar eclipse glasses. Truly above and beyond what was expected.

Staff were fabulous. Bed comfortable, shower great. Designer bedroom is all very fine but impractical. Not enough horizontal surfaces. I had to put my suitcase on the floor. Hanging space inadequate and above fridge so not enough space vertically to hang coat. A wardrobe would be better than impractical bath in bedroom. Also very expensive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very nice and made me feel very welcome and provided a space for me to put my bike. I’m afraid the cost was way too much and I didn’t have much choice to book this place as there was no other places available.

A really lovely hotel. Modern, smartly furnished and quiet rooms, friendly helpful staff and a very convenient location close to the city centre. A great breakfast too. We were very happy there during our 3 night stay.

Excellent location for sightseeing, but would have been a real challenge if we hadn’t been able to use one of the hotels car parking spaces. Spacious and well designed room, and very helpful staff. Liked having a discount if you pre book breakfast. Breakfast is a cold buffet but with a good selection and for a pre booked €10 pp good value. Think the hotel is on the pricey side for what it offers.

Every detail, the decoration, coffee and water, great location, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The room, bath area, lots of details. That the parking they offered was already full. Everything else was exceptional.

Friendly front desk staff, great location, room was clean. Very sparse breakfast for the price (we went elsewhere), uncomfortable bed, noisy (footsteps above and slamming doors/echo), expensive for what you get....decor in the room makes no sense: we kept hitting our heads on the hanging lamps, and the bedside lamps hit your head also! No luggage storage in the room... We wouldn't stay again.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was spacious, with excellent air-conditioning. A nice bathroom, shower was decent. The hotel is located very close to the main shopping street in central santander. When it came to pay, the staff member said my card didnt work. This meant a short trip to a nearby bank to get cash out, which incurred a small fee. I queried with my bank, who said there was no issue whatsoever with my card (evidenced by the fact that my card worked in a cash machine), and that the bank record indicated thehotel staff member had processed it wrongly. However when i tried to email the hotel to tell them this, they rejected this out of hand and said there was no error on their part. A dosappointing end to a lovely stay.
