Urban Suite Santander

The stairs and downstairs was all under construction and I felt that the stairs were dangerous. Fortunately the staff helped with my luggage.

Th location is excellent, also the comfort and cleanness of the place. The street is a very noisy one, which is not the place fault. At night I had to keek the window close, than good it was not very hot.

I like the location and the bathroom. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk from the main attractions of the city, such as Mercado del Este, Centro Botín and the promenade. Тhe room had everything you need, coffee and tea kettle, hairdryer, microwave, the room is wide, clean and the towels were very clean. There was no air conditioning in the room and it was quite hot at night, there is a fan, but it`s a bit noisy from the street to sleep with the window open. The bathroom has no window and is in the bedroom, which additionally made it a bit more stuffy

I loved that the property was walking distance from the bus station and I could walk to any restaurant or cafe. It was very clean and organized and plenty of room. The balcony was a plus for me! Everything was great! The only thing would be that it dos get hot so the fan helped but having the window open at night was the best option.

Very modern, clean and economical Construction in the entrance was off putting at first but opening the door to the apartment made up for it.

It was clean and has a small kitchen area. We didn’t like having a sheet of clear glass for the bathroom door and the door to the kitchen cabinet under the sink, where the trash can was, couldn’t be opened or closed without scraping paint off the wall.

The bed was not comfortable, foam mattress where you sink in. I was not expecting the set of stairs to access the rooms, I would've liked the description to flag that aspect. In addition, they were very old wooden stairs and thensteps were uneven. It was not warm enough, but in the summer it must be difficult without an AC.

Really beautiful room furnished with great taste. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen was enough for us for a quick breakfast. The bathroom was ok and also the balcony. The room was not soundproof and every window/wall was exposed to the street, so all kinds of noise could be heard.

Good central location. I was able to store my bag in a locker before check in after contacting the owner and an employee meeting me at the main door. I was even offered an umbrella to borrow as it had started to rain. Messages answered almost immediately, even out of reception hours. Code system an excellent idea. Limon room had everything I needed. Cleaned every day by fantastic cleaning staff. Santander is a beautiful hidden gem and the extensive bus routes make it easy to travel around the city and beaches. Nothing.

Gorgeous, spacious apartment located very close to one of the indoor markets. Much bigger than anticipated and beautiful views from window over to church. Would definitely recommend as a base to anyone visiting Santander. In a quieter area but only around 10 minute walk from bus station. Nothing I can think of really! Property more than met our expectations. Maybe some still bottled water in fridge could have been a nice extra touch but that’s the only thing I can think of!
